You can create reports that are shaped according to whatever you want and I can share with my teams.
There is no closeout for key results or goals. If there is a close out or closing score something like that end of the quarter will be more easy.
I can see my progress better with metric results

The software is made with the end user in mind, quickly providing a framework to allow the OKRs to directly impact the management of the business and enable teams to manage towards goals proactively. The support from the team at Quantive has also helped us to set up for success quickly.
There are no significant downsides besides being another system to integrate into our workflows and the slight learning curve on the front end. The result easily warrants the effort, though.
Quantive provides a centralized repository to view the business where it currently stands and the results we're driving. It's a one-stop shop.

I love that Quantive is innovative and a mover and shaker in its respective space. At the same time, I think this might be causing a bit of infra capacity issues because it is often a bit slow or you have to refresh or close out to get it to work again.
We are still in the early phase of implementing Quantive.
Quantive Results has created a level of transparency across our enterprise in ways we did not have before. We've launched 20 interdisciplinary teams across our clinical, academic and research platforms to execute on mission-critical initiatives intended to transform our work and improve outcomes.
Quantive Results provides a lot of flexibility in how we configure our Objectives and Key Results to align with our culture, leadership and governance structure to facilitate decision-making. The Insight Boards are extremely helpful in narrowing our focus on specific areas, but developing customized Insight Boards is not very user friendly and requires technical professionals to develop.
The software is helping our organization narrow our focus on what matters most, and is providing transparency across the board to allow multiple teams to see and link work products/initiatives as needed to improve similar goals. For example, how we improve patient access in the ambulatory environment is similar, but different, to how we provide access to our inpatient services. Quantive Results provides a one-stop shop and viewpoint from which people can understand dependencies and status.
The alignment view is amazing to quickly capture anything out of track.
Not being able to remove a KR update. Sometimes you make a typo and the charts get out of scale.

First impression was the usability, light years away from what we used before. Much more user-friendly and easy to perform all tasks, from creating Objectives and KR, organizing, validating, updating and tracking them.
The main difficulty I have experienced is related to login/authentication, as we have not yet integrated with single sign-on.
Not having reports available in the starter pack is also something I consider less positive.
