It tracks all the documents shared with prospects and also gives us the time frame regarding how much time did the prospect spent viewing the document and which document he viewed which is very much useful
I mean i don't want to sound like diplomatic but the harsh truth is GTM buddy is always online and always shoots notifications regarding which prospect opened the email at what time , even during weekends.
It is turning my cold leads into warm leads and it is acting as an ice breaker to start a conversation through cold call

Nothing at the moment. I've had small points of feedback regarding UI and workflow but they've been listened to by the team which is actually something to like!
We were using a legacy CMS and LMS solution that was letting us down in a couple of regards:
- clunky content management and selection process for sellers leading to workflow inefficiencies
- content analytics were divorced from our CRM data not letting us understand the impact of our content on the sales process
- our CMS and LMS were not well integrated making it difficult to tie together content we were producing for
- our content was going untagged leading to poor suggestions, difficult searches
GTM Buddy has helped us solve each of these
- meet users where they're at, customer facing teams can access suggested content directly in their work environment (GMail, GCal, LinkedIn)
- content analytics easily accessible on GTM Buddy; incremental improvements to integrating with our CRM records
- straightforward LMS in the same environment as the CMS
- AI-based auto-tagging resulting in accurate automatic tagging of content (much less overhead for organizing content)
The automatic tagging function basis the set business vocabulary helps to save time for admin. The implementtaion was a breeze. Additionally the detailed analytics help to truly capture how sales teams are utilising info and whats the ROI of assets. The smart recommender and smart snippets are also interesting add-ons. More so they are very open to all product feedback and help to move really fast. Full marks to Harish, Vipul and Sundar - the customer support is surreal. I also liked how we didnt have to purchase a LMS separately because it combines LMS+KMS+CMS together. Soon they will also integrate with Gong so cant wait for that!
There is actually nothing to dislike - I shared some additional product features which were already on the roadmap so that's great. Also gave tips to enhance their global search functionality.

There's nothing as such to complain but It would've been better if it can show who opened the email when multiple people are looped instead of notifying that someone has opened.

I like how easy it is to access resources and attach to an email chain. I use it every day and has saved me a lot of time.

This is a really great application. I use it daily to share documents with prospects and track who has opened them. Adding someone to our CRM is a breeze with GTM Buddy. And, GTM Buddy is the central repository for all my e-mail templates. It literally saves me hours of work each week.
There were some small glitches when we first started using the product, and they were fixed very quickly.
Ability to securely share files with prospects. Ability to quickly access internal documents. Ability to sync prospects between Outlook and our CRM.
GTM buddy team is very supportive in terms of responding to support queries and quick to implement any feature or enhancement requests from channels team or partners
the product is fast evolving, so please keep an eye on not making the product difficult to use for Admins or any support functions. There's nothing else to dislike about the product currently
