What do you like best about Gryphon.ai?

Gryphon DialView has changed the volume of our phone prospecting! It allows us to create a quick, easy, phone list with only leads that have a good number! No more scrubbing out the DNC! Not only that the disposition through Gryphon will also disposition the sales lead!! This is such a time saver!

What do you dislike about Gryphon.ai?

I love all of the click to dial features. It would be great if we could click to dial from a report.

Recommendations to others considering Gryphon.ai:

Gryphon allows you to identify phone prospects, disposition leads. Allows manager to track and review call activity. The HeatMap reports allow managers to analyze their teams activity to drive the highest results!

Easy to navigate,/use/ and fast, user code provided give us our own identity.

the fact that now a days most of the numbers we have are cell numbers, and they are all restricted.

Gryphon's best feature is the visual comparison of metrics using graphs - easy to read and understand

Gryphon definitely has more pros than cons. However, I'd like to see different options to analyze data (talk time, etc) in more detail

Gryphon Networks has benefitted our sales team in several ways - our team has increased call volume, resulting in more return on business. Gryphon also allows us to playback our calls to critique and facilitate a healthy feedback oriented sales team.

I like that it is easy to use, with just a simple 6 digit code I’m in.

What do you dislike about Gryphon.ai?

I do not like having to press the pound button after entering a phone number. Sometimes I forget to. I can see why it is necessary though.
