This was a hugely productive 5 weeks.

My coach Carol was exceptional with her professionalism and quick to notice my gaps in leadership and where I can improve.

I'm pretty astonished at how much I took on - I didn't want the sessions to end.

My only criticism? I wish there were more sessions included!

The need for managers and leaders to get personalised 1-1 coaching to improve their leadership qualities and opportunities to progress both themselves and their teams.

I was able to provide information about myself and my needs and then was given 3 coaches to choose from. I was able to read about each coach and select on that I felt would be a good fit. My coach was amazing for if for some reason we did not click, I could have easily selected another.

I had something come up last minute with one of my children and had to miss a meeting. It was difficult to get a hold of my coach to let her know.

I am a new to having direct reports and working on figuring out my leadership style and how to be an effective manager. My coach was able to help me in this process. I came out of my sessions with the tools I need not only for managing my reports but also working with my kids as a mom!

I have been lucky enough to participate in two Growthspace sessions and have always come away with fresh and new ideas to help me grow into a better leader. The materials provided from my trainer and my notes are great reminders on how to grow personally, professionally, and more importantly my Team. I would highly recommend these sessions to anyone and in any role.

I've been able to connect with and have a continued connection with a coach who has helped me work on professional goals and even impact my personal life as well. Through Growthspace, I was matched with a coach who was a wonderful fit from the start and I've had the opportunity to continue working with them, which has been instrumental in building on my initial goals and continuing to make progress. It is easy to schedule appointments based on my schedule and reschedule if needed. I've now gone through 3 rounds of sessions and plan to continue as long as I can.

I don't have anything negative or that I don't like about Growthspace.

Growthspace provides valuable third-party career coaching. It creates a safe space to discuss goals or work through problems that you might not want to discuss with a manager or just want an external opinion on.

I really enjoyed that this program was offered through my current job - highly recommend other companies to enroll the growthspace program for the career development of their employees. My coach was fantastic and extremely professional - she helped me identify my "superpowers" aka my greatest strengths, and how to best harness them in the workplace/ political landscapes. She gave me a ton of resources to look into outside of our sessions as well, I found that extremely helpful.

I wished that the program was longer or that I could have extended the program - I felt like I was just starting to get my feet wet and then the program concluded :)

As I move into more senior roles in my career, the political landscape becomes more tricky to navigate. This coaching program helped provide me with the tools to navigate these scenarios.

To be honest, my experience with GS was mostly with the sessions and my tudor. So I can share my thoughts on that part and a little about the interface that I used to schedule my sessions every week.

The communication via emials, the interface, the timeline; all of them were so smooth and easy to adapt even it was my first time experience with such a platform and training.

I have zero bad review about my experience.

For me, it was a one time only experience for an internal company management training. I am not an active user at the moment. During my experience, it was friendly.

Growthspace has given me a great opportunity to connect to a knowledgeable consultant to help with my career growth journey.

I am not one to share my feelings and thoughts freely, and was worried career coaching wouldn't be for me due to the 'therapy-like' format. However, after being matched with my mentor I quickly changed my mind and was made comfortable to open up and make the most of the time we had.

Coincidentally or not, a lot of great changes started happening in my career and personal life during the time I was with Growthspace. And I am inclined to believe my mentor has highly contributed to that by helping me figure out what I want and how to get it.

I strongly recommend Growthspace and their consultants.

First of all, for me it was super easy to use and book the sessions! I loved that there was a pre-assessment questionnaire which was super quick and actually gave me what I believe was the best match!

I loved my mentor, she was amazing and not only she understood my goals and helped me in my professional career but also helped me in understanding myself as a person.

I liked everything, from the flexibility in the scheduling, and the professionality and knowledge of the mentor! I felt really supported!
