Growmatik not only helps you manage your email automation but also helps customize and display the intelligent popups for your eCommerce businesses, triggering the workflow based on various metrics like website parameters, eCommerce activities (like orders, cart states, customers) etc. You can collect leads directly from your website, import them, and engage them with the workflow automation feature. The dashboard also gives you various information on your lead statuses, website statuses, and your campaign insights.

Overall, I am quite happy with the tool and will use it to boost my business as much as possible.

Not a dislike, but while importing contacts manually, it would have been great if it could remember previous import settings so that the user should not map the fields each time.

3. I can create unique smart popups to be displayed on websites to engage my audiences.

4. I can personalize not only the email but also the website, which directly affects my ROI.

In short, I've found one intelligent marketing application to manage my businesses.

The dynamic keywords - I haven't seen this in any other apps before. I like that it can automatically create discount codes without me going back into Shopify. It creates beautiful popups and landing pages too!

The cross-selling is not yet available for shopify stores.

Although Growmatik has various marketing automation features, its audience segmentation, Lead Management, ROI Tracking and Drip Campaigns features are what I like the best.

Nothing in particular, but I am looking forward to a feature where a guest who abandoned the cart is tracked and reached out through email.EVerything else seems to be working perfect.

the popups deduct credits at every new visit. this needs to be used very carefully and also depends on the traffic that you get.

Its an all in one email marketing, popups tool with features like segmentations, conditional targeting etc.

Growmatik offers us the full range of automated multi-channel marketing in a single, centralised solution. Which means we don't have to pay multiple subscriptions and can shape Gromatik to suit almost any client requirement. The flexibility and functionality means we can drive automated campaigns for anything from a drive-in cinema to an online store selling bespoke cricket bats!

We had some minor onboarding/install issues on these sites but these were fixed by the support team. We would like a few new new features in order to suit some clients, however we've submitted these as feature requests and look forward to these being released. Areas of opt-in and GDPR could be streamlined for websites serving a UK market, but again I understand this will be addressed in a future release.

The free-tier is more than generous, I'd advise running this ASAP and experimenting for yourself and seeing all of the different possibilities.

We have usually had to pay various subscriptions and plugin licences to achieve what we can with Growmatik in one platform. This has reduced our costs and made reporting and analysis much easier. Campaigns are more powerful due to the true-multi channel possibilities.

Email marketing tools are pretty complicated to get started with, I have used a few of them. Growmatik is one of the finest ones I have used so far. The UI is clean and easy to follow. Their support is very helpful.

So far I love the tool and as the support is very active and helpful, I never had the chance to complain. There are some features missing, some are in their roadmap and some are under consideration. Hope they add those soon.

As an agency owner, I use Growmatik to Capture Leads, and also Use it for my Shop, the automation it offers is super powerful and highly customizable, which increased my sale 2x and with the help of the unlimited email marketing feature, I am always attached to my clients/customers.

All in all solution for converting visitors in to customers

At the moment i dont have anything specific other than the pricing, which is higher than other competitors

With Growmatik, we are able to monitor, track and run campaigns for the visitors landing on our website by reducing our cart abandonment rate

I love that it's truly Omni-channel unlike so many half-baked pretenders. I can do BOTH personalized email marketing & web page pop-ups. I can slowly retire Convertful, my current lead-gen pop tool on my sites as this does the job and more.

Also, It's amazing how minutely I can target customers...like only nudging high-ticket customers with new items complimenting their earlier purchases. The possibilities are amazing.

- Experienced & very helpful team behind it. Phew. 😅

- Even though the UI is simple, it can take a little while to find stuff.

But if there's anything you can't, the support is relatively quick to respond.

- Waiting patiently for webhooks to totally make the shift with my other sites.

I've been extra cautious about email marketing saas' after suffering a big loss with Automizy. 🤦🏻‍♂️

And it was only after seeing Growmatik's vast experience with Wordpress, that made me finally take the plunge. Plus I really needed to forget about that Automizy mistake 😅.

Thankfully, so far I am thoroughly impressed with their power-packed features & the helpful team behind it. I so pray they continue this way. 🙏🏻💜
