The first thing that stood out was the customer service. After dealing with Clover and going to IndicaOnline, then from there to FlowHub, then from FlowHub to GrowFlow, I can say the service I've gotten from GrowFlow has been top tier. Their techs are available via chat, and 99.9% of the time, they get you sorted out quickly. The integrations directly into Weedmaps, Leafly, and ScreenClouds are SUPER helpful.
So, there is that .1% of the time where you will *most likely* never find yourself. However, some occasional issues arise that take waaayyy longer to figure out than others, especially if other things are going on. For example, after an update involving Metrc, GrowFlow, and God only knows what else, we found that it broke the integration with our rewards program. This caused our checkout screens to get locked up for minutes at a time, trying to send points but not being able to. It took a little over a month to get it resolved. The positive: that's once in like, 3 years.
Having been through 3 other PoS systems, GrowFlow has helped solve the problems of reliability and near-seamless integration into 3rd party platforms. With previous software, we couldn't use certain reward programs (if any at all). We had to manually update all our Weedmaps and Leafly listings (an HOURS long process if you have a lot of products). Hell, sometimes products would disappear altogether, causing massive compliance problems with little-to-no help from their clueless techs. With GrowFlow, I haven't had that problem.
Like the customer service from GrowFlow that is amazing experience which I had while talking to them. Visual of analysis that we get which help you to understand online inventory of your products that will you to understand the trend.

After updates, there have been some growing pains with some of the new features they have added.
The system is mainly for flower sales. That has been an issue for our company since we are primarily edibles. However, they have always worked with us on our specific needs.

A little confusing when it comes to wet and dry and dried weights. Would make it more understandable if it gave the option to weigh when 1st cut with all the stems and leaves. Then a weight after shucking the buds then a dried curing weight and a dried weight last.
The problem of accurate reporting and record retention. Growflo has it all at our fingertips.
The GrowFlow live store is the most helpful feature, which allows our customers to place their order in real-time, and see exactly what they are ordering. The customer service team is also amazing.
It would be helpful if there are errors with LEAFData that GrowFlow could come up with workarounds to make the live store still usable, because at the end of the day, a sale may be lost if a customer just gets a failed to create order message.
lots of time setting up product types and categories, but once that is set up, it is so useful.
Before the live store, we had everyone rushing our online menu at once, and overselling tons of product due to their not being a live inventory online, so growflow has helped us solve that. Also, all the analytics are super helpful in understanding trends, whats working, and whats not working.
Customers are treated like they actually matter! I tried Canix before this and went complete 180. Canix got your money then didn't even help with anything; once paid, it couldn't even get live in the system in two months. Growflow started a free month once they had me live. They earn your business every single month.
I didn't use them sooner. I love the software.
It's exactly what you need and less headache than most.
Tracking is easy now, and I spend more time on everything else.

GF allows me to pull reports and see who my top buyers are for the month. The screens are easy to read and there is no second guessing on what stage an order or plant might be in. I always know what I have ready to sell. You don't need to be a software guru to understand GF. They provide exceptional videos that walk you through a situation step by step. If you still have questions their staff is ready to jump in and help. They will hand walk you through inital set up and you never feel like you bought a system and now you are on your own.
