GrowerIQ is simple to use whilst providing all the tracking, reports and organization of batch reports easily with a few clicks of a button. The software needs very little onboarding and has AI report generation ability for custom forms.

Their After sales support has been excellent which has allowed us to seamlessly integrate and move forward with our GACP certification and improve our internal operations and management.

A few minor customizations or tweaks would be convenient with menu. These are very minor tweaks. Such as sprays vs pesticide IPM mgt. they can still be tracked and a report generated, but we can not customize the icons on menu. Very minor item

My personal GrowerIQ Rep and the team of developers. Any problem or mistake I have ever made has been taken care of quickly. I have them check my numbers before audits and have them on call to help in case I'm backed in a corner for information.

We are just a micro producer so we do not use many of the modules and the whole batch, lot, sku and item way of looking at inventory

The addition of forms has been a huge help,

The software is straight forward to navigate and use providing us with more time to focus on actual production and the marketing of our brand. Our one on one customer support time with our Grower IQ tech person has also been first notch, and a Godsend!

With our particular product being ingredient heavy the only thing we find unsatisfactory with Grower IQ ( which is going to be remedied ) is the time it takes with each batch to input all the ingredients into the production.

As mentioned in previous page Grower IQ is going to write into the software a time saving ingredient list for each product to shorten our time with the inputing of all the info for each batch.

From the Sales cycle to BAU GrowerIQ as a company has been extremely helpful and attentive to all discussions and request from our business. Finding addtional value adds to differentiate from the competition such as using providing GACP certified SOPs, utilizing their vast network to connect our business to others etc. Really set GrowerIQ apart from the competiton and ultimately the ongoing support from their Customer Success Managers have helped us continue the strong relationship and ongoing support for record keeping for our business.

From the software side it is simple to use and decipher even if you get stuck on any of the modules. Onboarding process

Very simple user interface issues such as not being able to open new tabs from the table function. Table views can become very cluttered and are not consistent across all modules.

MedTEC Pharma implemented GrowerIQ five months ago, and the experience has been excellent. The customer support has been outstanding, guiding us through the transition and ensuring a smooth process.

The software is user-friendly, making it easy for our team to adapt. As with any major system change, there were challenges, but the support team has been there every step of the way. We've also requested enhancements to better fit our business needs, and they are actively working on these requests.

Easy to use - The structure of the platform follows the growing process of plants and is aligned with the reporting requirements in Canada, enabling simple reconciliations when reporting to the regulating authorities. Navigating through the platform is easy and can be use by several team members with minimal coaching.

Design and Controls - Built-in controls are in place to prevent issues with the platform and maximize data reliability, especially considering the reporting requirements. Preventive controls such as limitations of access, 2 signatures review steps and process blocks are part of daily activities with the platform. The data is available in multiple form and can be organized based on preferences, enabling several possible reports.

GrowerIQ has been a standout platform for managing our cannabis production. Its userfriendly interface makes navigating the system straightforward, even for new team members. Accessibility is a major plus whether on desktop or mobile, we can easily track batches, manage SOPs, and stay on top of compliance requirements without missing a beat.

What really sets GrowerIQ apart is its excellent communication and support. Their technicians are always quick to respond, providing clear solutions and guidance whenever we need help. It feels like we have a reliable partner invested in our success.

Some missing features that could improve the funcionality.

Transitioning from paper based SOP to this. We save on average at least 15 hours a month (micro license) and the headache of keeping tract of all the paper.

I’ve found GrowerIQ to be incredibly user-friendly. The platform is easy to navigate, making it simple to manage everything from planting to harvest. The customer service is excellent—whenever I’ve had questions, the team is quick to respond and super helpful. I also appreciate how regularly they update the platform with new features and improvements, especially the customizable reporting tools and better analytics. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable tool for any grower.

As yet I have not found any downsides to using this platform.
