What do you like best about Growbots?

Growbots is the best tool for email automation and gives you warm leads. This software is automated, which reduces your time searching contacts and sending emails one by one. You can run many campaigns at one time. The staff is outstanding and responsive. They are always available to help you out and answer queries in a short time. I have run two campaigns and am pretty happy with the overall performance and results. I recommend everyone to try this software if they want to scale their business to the next level.

This software is one of the best tools for email automation. They have a built-in contact list, so it reduced a lot of time to search for the contacts to get in touch with. The staff is outstanding and responsive.

I have solved the email automation. instead of sending email one y one now i can run campigns to send email in bulk. Also it reduced a lot of my time to generate a contact list for the campaigns.They are always available to help you out and answer queries in a short time.I recommended everyone to try this software if they want to scale your business to the next level.

What I like best is working with my account representative, Olga Nawratek. She is incredibly supportive, responsive, and knowledgeable. She readily answers all my questions. She is delightful to work with on my campaigns.

What do you dislike about Growbots?

I have not found anything in working with Growbots that I dislike.

It's all about lead generation. I am finding that working with Olga I am learning best practices in how I do my outreach.

What do you like best about Growbots?

Database is good and it's great to have prospects and email campaigns in the same platform - really simplifies our workflow. The 3-month onboarding and customer support have been invaluable.

What do you dislike about Growbots?

Analytics are not always precise, but that is a universal issue with automated tracking. The team has been working with us to give us better tracking.

What problems is Growbots solving and how is that benefiting you?

We signed up for Growbots’ 3-month onboarding bootcamp for lead gen through cold email. And it's been excellent!

They set up our first campaign for us, took us through all the dos-and-don’ts, and found us success with email campaigns that work.

Since then, we’ve been able to set up effective campaigns easily with high-quality prospects on our own. And I think that is invaluable to any marketing team.

Growbots may be a little expensive, but the ease of high-quality prospecting, writing emails, and creating campaigns – all in a single workflow, is invaluable.

For us, Marcin, Mia, & Chris, also the entire Growbots Customer Success team, have been excellent, offering expertise and prompt help for any step in the process. They seem to genuinely care for their product and their customers – Kudos!

I look forward to using it soon!

PROS: A really worthy product that doesn't require training or advanced instructions. I like how I can find ways in building an enhanced conversion. It helped me understand the industry that I'm currently working in. What's more, its new features are game changing in automizing the entire process.

CONS: One thing I sorely miss is its connectivity with CRMs. I wish they'd brought it back or think about bringing it in future versions.

A tool worth having.

PROS: I like the quickness and simplicity that Growbots has on outbound prospecting. You're able to generate prospects, send out e-mails, and keep track of results in one convenient platform. Project and cadences creation is a breeze. It lets your test a wide range of messages to determine which one functions best. Growbots has excellent customer service who always goes above and beyond in helping you out.

CONS: It tends to get buggy from time to time. But since their customer service always takes feedback seriously, issues are often addressed and resolved swiftly. They're constantly following up to inform you the status of an issue. They'll check in to ensure the problem is really solved.

Nothing can go wrong when cold calling with Growbots.

PROS: Its e-mail efficiency in sending out a great review on what's currently happening. Automated re-scheduling if the prospect has an out-of-the-office response, for instance. Such things shaved off a lot of time in one day. Being able to filter out a prospect equates to more time spent for calls and meetings. This is way better than spending time on hunting for prospects.

CONS: It's a little difficult to say anything bad about this platform. Filters may need a bit of time to finally get things right. Some bounces may happen. But then again, the total percentages aren't that large.

An incredible product paired with excellent support!

PROS: There are a few things I like with this tool. It's simple to utilize and highly intuitive. New features are constantly being rolled out. It's surprisingly simple to build campaigns and to report on results. Their customer support rocks.

CONS: There's nothing much to hate. But there are some functionality that I'd like to see. For instance, having the ability to cross-reference a contact list uploaded from a source with campaigns that have already gone through Growbots. Advanced features in seeking individuals in certain areas. While their bounce rate is low, some contacts end up being wrong or have already left the company.

"Perfect match for our needs"

What do you like best about Growbots?

We were looking for exactly this kind of email sequence automation.

As a bonus, we received also a useful ebook and materials to improve our campaign success rate.

I also like that Growbots is able to find prospects based on several criteria.

We use it with our own leads too.

What do you dislike about Growbots?

The interface is sometimes a bit complicated / not intuitive, but nothing serious. So far, no more issues.

Initially, I was a bit afraid about pricing as there is no pricing structure available on the website, and a call with sales is necessary. I understand the need for the call with people new to such solutions, but we know what we are buying :-).

Recommendations to others considering Growbots:

The service is really affordable and works well. Even if there is no pricing structure published on the website, ask for a demo and give it a try.

Growbots help us to reach out to potential customers easily. Our sales guy no longer needs to sell emails, just manages contacts and Growbots takes care of everything else.
