I like how easy it is to send the link to others for signing.
I also like that you can include gift cards in the cards and that they automatically send. I use GroupGreeting for every holiday!
Smaller bulk card purchases - It would be nice to buy 5 cards at a time for a discounted price.
Group Greeting is great for team building and letting co-workers know that they are appreciated.
Our company switched to remote work, which means it is more important than ever to reach out and provide recognition and celebrate team members near and far away!
Nothing; I find it easy to use, with a wide variety of card options for every occasion.
GroupGreeting allows our teams to celebrate each other easily in a remote work setting.
I love the designs, options, ability to filter by theme and how easy it is to use as well as share others on it.
I don't really dislike anything about it - love it
virtual environment, team comradery, celebrations, recognition
As an environmental nonprofit that works hybrid-remote, sending paperless birthday cards to our employees is a great option! I love being able to see in real-time who has signed the card, and remind the folks who haven't before it goes out.
At $5 per card, it is a little bit expensive - because I use it fairly frequently, I might consider the subscription. I wish they had a special discount for nonprofit organizations. Also, I wish they had more generic cards to select from; sometimes, the available options feel too specific to a particular type of person.
It's a more efficient way for us to recognize employee birthdays by sending out cute cards that coworkers can sign at their own time, even if they are remote.
The variety of cards to choose from. There is a card for every personality, and now there's an option to add gift cards & I love it! We've been using for 2 years straight now and is much more straight forward than most e-cards.
Pricing could be a bit better, but that's it. Nothing but positive experiences thus far.
We're a remote company that still gets to have a somewhat personal feel to our birthday/life celebrations.
Group Greeting is so easy to use, especially compared to some competitors I've tried. They offer a great selection of cards for both work and personal occasions. I mainly use the site to send cards to coworkers. It's extremely easy to use and their custom plans offer a lot of variety. I was also given customized plan options for our company to better suite our needs. This proved to me that Group Greeting cares about the individual needs of their customers.
I think the clone feature is a great option; however, I think it would be nice if it didn't count toward the plan allottment. If they offered the option to resend a clone card up to a max amount and anything after that would count towards the plan allotment, that would be great.
I'm able to send out birthday cards and other recognitions to a large group of people and GroupGreeting makes it easy for everyone to participate. They also offer to remind you of the same event in a year which is very helpful when managing employee birthdays. I've tried other sites and none have compared to this one!
Hi,
The online greetings tool for all occasions is very easily accessible. The features are good and user-friendly.
Subscription or marketing emails. If G2 had one.
Went to the store looking for greeting cards. It saves our travel time.
Great way to get personalized messages from a geographically diverse group -- i have used for colleagues' birthdays, etc. and school teachers/coaches thank yous.
a little clunky - i dont have anything else to say
Getting input from a geographically diverse group
There is an excellent selection of card templates for every occasion, and it is an efficient way to get a group of people to sign a card for someone quickly. You can also make the cards interactive and schedule when the card gets sent. I also appreciate the yearly reminders so that special occasions are not forgotten. :)
Once the administrator creates the card and emails a link for people to sign the card, then changes can not be made to entries if needed. It would be helpful to have the ability to edit mistakes in spelling etc., instead of having to redo the card and resend it for signatures.
GroupGreeting saves time in getting everyone to sign the card without it getting misplaced, delaying when the card gets sent or forgetting to send it altogether. I love that reminders are sent so that important dates are not missed.

I enjoy how user friendly the site is. Even staff who aren't the most computer savvy have been signing cards with ease
I think it would be helpful to send people with the link reminders to sign.
Group greeting is very simple to use, I do recommend to save time and headaches.
Saving a big chunk of administrative time for the office.
