The thing is I love about Groove is the way it helps me to keep track of my mails. It is one big plus for somebody like me who requires staying on top of client communication. There is also the provision of templates, which again are an outstanding feature; the templates make my day-to-day operations smoother hence enabling me to concentrate on other important stuff. The metrics feature has been very helpful with my ability to feel more satisfied about our level of attentiveness to our clients and improving and enhancing those that need more attention. In sum, Groove has really improved the way I handle my work load.
On the other hand, while my experience in Groove was generally excellent, there are things which could be done better. Also, these tracking features that feel clunky to my co-workers could be transformed to enhance business efficiency. If not addressed, this is one aspect that could see our company in some future trouble.
Groove has proven to be useful in my problem of timely and well-organised client communications. I have been able to spend my time better, thanks to this organization, for it has really improved my efficiency.
I am informatician working in field of cloud DevOps and Groove’s email software and knowledge base are very user friendly and intuitive for me which is great. It organizes emails into inboxes which plays a key role in improving my output in terms of focusing on coding and other important issues. The treasure of content in its knowledge base is sleek and easy to navigate. Most specifically, I like the intuitive interface that simplifies my work communication management.
Nonetheless, Groove has some space for maturity hence they should learn to handle phone calls. The feature of logging and managing calls is not as groundbreaking as other functionality it offers, and that could be deciding factor for some.
The use of Groove has, for me, solved a number of problems. This simplifies the management of my email, saves time and makes sorting outlook much easier without much clutter.
I have really been appreciating Groove especially for the Flows feature. That’s a game-changer in email management and client interactions tracking. They have been essential in increasing my monthly performances through the usage of the coaching tools and insights provided. Moreover, I have also learned that the analytics feature in the system monitors calls and emails.
Nevertheless, I have observed that the interface is not as good as I would like, especially for the reps who are just starting to use it. The pop-ups tend to be excessive, distracting you whenever you seek to concentrate on listening to call feedback.
With groove, the company can track all its client communications, which aids it to comply with various states’ regulations. This has greatly assisted me in streamlining my workflow and saving time, which enables me to concentrate more on the strategic issues that my position encompasses.
There are so many tools that are in Groove that makes it so very useful. The tracking of the emails is the start. Then there are Groove Spaces, which we use at my company to collaborate with our SDRs. Then there's the templates, which I use daily in my emails. The activities chart is great to watch daily as well. I use Groove every day.
There are times with the dialer that it will not call a number. Sometimes restarting helps, but other times it still won't call the number. I usually switch over to Zoom when this happens and call from there. It's a bummer that Zoom doesn't record the call like Groove does, but it works when Groove doesn't call.
Groove allows me to know what emails are being opened and if there are certain emails that have a higher open/respond rate than others I know that those emails must be saying/titled something that works.
While Groove has numerous useful features that I have easily implemented into my day-to-day and find to be beneficial, the automation of emails sent, calls made, etc. and time saved from having that aspect of my work automated is fantastic.
Implementing a new tool will almost always pose challenges and and be somewhat difficult to get familiar with so this is not a negative towards Groove specifially, but that learning curve of any new solution can be frustration.
Groove helps to solve the challenge of managing sales activities efficiently, thoroughly, and in a reasonable amount of time. I've benefitted through these solutions in time saved, efficiency, revenue growth, improved communication with clients, and for all of my efforts, making sure my work is shown and tracked properly.
Groove is easy to use, and integrates with SalesForce and LinkedIn. It prevents me from having to do duplicate work. I can do a lot of reachouts at once and all of the activity and correspondence is seamlessly captured in SalesForce.
The fact that I get logged out at least two times a day. But that might be an issue of my internal IT and not Groove's fault.
Choose Groove as it's easy to integrate, set up and use.
Prior to Groove, documentation of communication to my client was being missed. With Groove having the log activity into SalesForce feature automatically turned on, I'm able to capture all activities. The benefit of being able to add new contacts directly from my email into SalesForce because of the Groove integration is a HUGE help and makes life easier.
The best thing I like about Groove is that it smoothly integrates with our Salesforce platform, turning it into a more capable business tool. The performance of the workflow management capabilities for our sales team is impressive; we can track and follow-up better. The suite comes with a calendar which syncs with our schedules to ensure we never miss any customer contact. Groove has helped us boost our productivity tangibly because it supports the software ecosystem that is indispensable in our daily operations.
While Groove tutorials would have been constructive and more targeted to new users. Sometimes time is our enemy rather than ally, because understanding diving in the complex email campaign or efficient assignment of an account owner takes more than it should.
Groove is addressing the vital aspect of customer engagement tracking and monitoring. It is very essential because it offers alignment of our sales processes and customer data.
How easy it is to use, it's integrated with my salesforce and gmail, it creates an easy email template that I can use thousands of times and makes a 10 minute task dow to 30 seconds. I can also personalize it with the students name and subject line.
Sometimes the attachments error and creating a new template sometimes doesn't work.
I have no complaints, I've been able to get support when needed.
Emails look professional, our marketing team can update the templates so all I need to do is add the one I want know it's up to date. groove saves me tons of time and producing accurate emails free from spelling errors. Also links can be updated and we can share templates.
I use Groove templates about 50 times a day for nearly every email I send, and I use the Salesforce integration with Groove to document just as many of those emails. First of all, the templates save me so much time not having to rewrite common messages, but the fact that my whole team can access the same templates ensures we share a unified [current] message. If messaging needs to be modified, it can be done once instead of innumerable times. I also appreciate that the folder system keeps us organized, and the folder permissions ensure that only the necessary people see the templates they need.
The integration with Salesforce is just fantastic. The way Groove logs emails by contact or customer enables me to add new contacts, set up future tasks, and even help capture contact information, all from my Gmail - without having to switch over to SF. And the scheduling tool that links directly to my Gmail calendar is incredible. PLUS, I can add colleagues that need to be a part of meetings directly from the Groove scheduling tool and my customer can coordinate with both of us through one link.
I love technology that is simple to use and saves me a ton of time - that's Groove.
There's not a lot to say here about dislikes. We've been using Groove for almost a year, and only yesterday did we come across some desired functionality that isn't currently in place but is on their future roadmap (subfolders in templates). I supposed it would be nice if I had a little more "calendering/scheduling" functionality. I'd love to replace another product I currently use and do everything with Groove. This product lets me display various meeting (training) options with descriptions and also syncs to my calendar. If Groove could do that, I could retire my other subscription.
I think I really summarized that in the prior review. It saves me time, streamlines messaging, helps our team document communications in Salesforce, tracks open/click rates, and puts scheduling all in one place.

Interaction with Groove has been a learning experience for me, specifically in regard to sales development. It is worth mentioning that Groove is integrated seamlessly with Salesforce and Gmail, making the sync of my tasks and sales-related data very effortless. Its engagement tools have been central to our outreach efforts and have greatly enhanced the productivity of our staff.
On the negative side, some of the problems that arose during some email formatting processes were as a result of these issues. Adjusting content usually requires starting from the beginning, scrambling the results and making it difficult to manage analytics and views.
Groove has significantly helped in addressing challenges of sales engagement and management of tasks. It has really helped in simplifying workflow and improving teamwork, thereby enabling us to cut down on administrative work and concentrate on strategic goals.
