Variety of the programs, challenges across our org and Grokker as a whole.
Reporting and metrics could be more robust.
Allows our staff, regardless of their age, income, location, to take an active role in their wellbeing.
I really enjoy having access to Grokker on any device while I'm traveling.
Nothing comes to mind. I think it's a very good benefit our company offers.
No significant problems to date.
There are so many options...from health and fitness to food and nutrition to tips for helping those from work from home who need options to move and get active...love this platform!
My company stopped working with them and I didn't decide to pay for this personally...I wish they did more to integrate with larger companies so promote health and wellness
Getting us to move and eat well. Mental health is a huge struggle with many people who work in corporate jobs and this offered SO many options all in one umbrella
Its development in well-being and improving sedentary habits has been wonderful. All its programs benefit the body and keep it more active.
It is easy to use and carry out the activities it has, apart from the fact that monotony is a thing of the past and work stress has been reduced.
It is so easy to use and its content is so productive that I have nothing to write that I dislike about Grokker.
It integrates perfectly with all devices that from anywhere or at any time you can carry out activities and it has improved my mental and physical health, increasing my performance at work.
The new videos and content that is posted up for users on a regular basis. It keeps it fresh and fun for users. The Pain Relief series is a great addition since our employees are middle-aged and most likely have experienced some shoulder/neck pain.
Not enough support to get some of the reporting I would like to have from our sites. We have overall district numbers, but hard to get down to creating teams and tracking activities.
Offering a platform that's holistic and not just focused on fitness and nutrition. I think once employees give it a try, they find instructors and content they like.
I really like the activity tracking and the sense of accomplishment after submitting your wellness minutes.
I think the challenges aspect can be improved to be more user-friendly.
Grokker gives our employees access to a huge variety of wellbeing resources at their fingertips in and out of the office.
Breadth and quality of wellness content.
Would like to see Grokker better develop their localization efforts around the platform and content to create greater accessibility for our international employees.
Providing alternative to traditional wellness activities (fitness and yoga) that may be limited with pandemic while also creating a greater awareness and attention to individual wellness.
Grokker is an excellent tool that allows employees access to a shared platform to focus on their health. The platform itself hosts thousands of videos on fitness, nutritional studies, recipes, mindfulness practices and others in a holistic manner. The platform is really easy to access and does a great job motivating people to take care of themselves and put their health first.
I don't have any dislikes for the program whatsoever. You can discover new ideas and health trends and go at your own pace or comfort level. The videos are clear and easy to follow and those creating the videos incredibly knowledgeable. The Grokker life isn't about a fad, its truly a lifestyle with huge community support.
Take advantage of the community building aspects of Grokker.
Allowing our employees access to Grokker has accomplished what we needed most- caring for our staff and allowing them the time to care for themselves by providing a valuable resource. The link between happy and healthy employees is crystal clear and productivity is enhanced by both a positive work environment and one that is centered on caring for employees. Grokker provides an aspect of Maslow's hierarchy of needs in that employees are encouraged to take care of themselves and know that is it OK. It is OK and encouraged to take a mental health day, to put themselves first when needed. Also, the "water cooler talks" have changed and many conversations have now centered around certain health and fitness topics or a new recipe.
I love all of the webinars they present on Health and Wellness programs
I haven't found anything that I dislike so far
The webinars are very useful in creating wellness programs of your own.
I have been able to watch the webinars and learn how to develop wellness programs for the employees.
