This has been a life saver for our team!

PROS: My team and I love how easy this app is to use, yet it has tons of features! The integrated email is a fantastic tool. You just use your own email and Gro filters mail into your leads and customer lists. You can also add new contacts to your lists right from the mail client and even make phone calls and send txt messages.

CONS: It would nice to have more reporting but it sounds like that is something coming in the future.

What do you like best?

ability to integrate with Slack, gmail, LinkedIn; has a mobile version; has training documentation, live and webinars you can view on your own time. There are nice additional features like the ability to send SOWs for signatures was not something I expected. We currently use a separate app for that and it's nice that GRO already has it. Also, clients can sign an invoice using their finger on my iPhone and iPad! Helps create convenience for our customer as well! We can also add new contacts into our lists right from our email.

What do you dislike?

not sure about the scalability as the team grows; would be nice if service team also shared workflows / use cases.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

there are a lot of different crms out there and you should consider this one while you comp shop. Sure, everyone knows about Salesforce and Hubspot but give the underdog a shot. You'll be pleasantly surprised. Just go in making sure you know what you and your team want. This has standard features for crm. For a startup, not a bad place to start especially with it being pretty intuitive.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

an integrated CRM solution so that you don't have to log in and out of various applications. Also, this can be used by other teams to track, share, collab and communicate (i.e. Marketing, Biz Dev and Client Success). I see the potential for our entire company to be more productive and efficient through a single application.
