Finding new creators/influencers for our brand to work with! We work with influential creators for brand reach and more grassroots partners who are not using social media for word-of-mouth connections. We manage all of our partnerships through Grin!
Grin has streamlined a process that used to take me days into hours. It's allowed our company to utilize UGC on a much higher scale and faster rate. The onboarding process was straightforward, with the Grin Academy and my customer success manager available whenever I needed her. I've scaled our program from 15 influencers to almost 100 and managed them all from my Grin hub. We've seen great success in our revenue and brand awareness in our first year of use. I'm in the program daily, recruiting more influencers and monitoring content. Love it and can't recommend it enough.
Sometimes, the software can run into bumps, such as the product fulfillment showing as "awaiting shipment" after being shipped out. However, the Grin tech engineers have always been readily available and communicative about resolving such errors. I've always felt supported by the handy in-app messaging software and my FANTASTIC customer success manager, Jackie!
Previously, we used spreadsheets and manual calculations to find a creator's engagement rate and average comments per post. It could take hours to fulfill orders, set up contracts, and get them set to post about our company. Now, it's easy and breezy with a few clicks, allowing the creators a seamless process with the dashboard on their end as well.

I really appreciate the level of customization available for the various features in Grin. Being able to create our own tags and custom properties has enabled us to optimize our processes for our partner program. I also love that in Activations you can customize the deliverables for each individual creator.
The authentication process for our creators has been the biggest challenge. Grin has created videos with step by step process for the creator to follow, however its still a complicated process and often times the creator will recieve errors while trying to authenticate. Once the creator authenticates, if they change their IG or FB password the connection will be lost and they have to re-connect. Most of the time these are user error situations and Grin is really great about providing support when needed.
Grin enables us to efficiently handle a much greator number of creators than we've been able to in the past. It's transformed our program, whether it's sending bulk emails, monitoring and reviewing content, or managing the recruitment process.
GRIN has streamlined our entire influencer marketing efforts into an organized, user-friendly system. On a lean team, this helps us prioritize our efforts and allows us to spend time on what really matters. We are able to be more thoughtful and strategic in our approach because more of our time can be dedicated to relationship building and nurturing. The time suck with spreadsheets was a real problem!
We LOVE the GRIN creator web extension as well. This was a game changer because we now have insights we were unable to access before. It paints a bigger picture and has been extremely helpful.
I also enjoy the templates and sequence feature which has helped us remain consistent and organized in our outreach.
I wouldn't call this a dislike per say but the robust structure may feel intimidating for new users. This was quickly smoothed out with a our dedicated Customer Success Manager.
The level of support has been unmatched and has helped us ramp up so much faster. We feel much more confident as a team jumping in and using GRIN, and that is soley because of our CS Manager, Griffin.
If a last minute question pops up, he follows through with a video detailing the solution. He's been great and we feel very lucky to have this level of dedicated support.

There are a few additional features - such as adding an actual calendar to track when creators are going live - that I would love to see added. However, my customer success manager is always asking what additional features I would like to see and passing it off to the product team!

We love the fact that GRIN can manage so many different aspects of our influencer program: sample distribution, seasonal campaigns, email flow, partnerships, and reporting. And does all of them very well, even in our different territories.
I'd really like the problem with currency on the payment page solved! We need to be able to pay creators in pounds sterling and can't do this yet.
The way we interact with and manage our influencers is much smoother; the dispatch of samples is particularly well managed via GRIN. We can outreach easily, and it's easy to onboard new creators.
