What do you like best about Denim Social?

They have a wonderful library with information that is pertinent to financial institutions.

What do you dislike about Denim Social?

We do not have any issues with the product.

What problems is Denim Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a product that would allow us access to multiple distribution channels with a strong compliance and audit tracking system. Denim Social fits our needs nicely.

"Easy to use platform for our Loan Originators"
What do you like best about Denim Social?

Denim is extremely easy for Loan Originators to connect to and allows them to search from a number of content libraries that we set up. It offer them a simple way to find and create content and schedule out posts at their convenience.

What do you dislike about Denim Social?

Media library and compose feature are a little clunky for admins. I know they are already working on solutions for this.

What problems is Denim Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Providing a complaint way to offer our LO's and easy way to post on social media. It allows our marketing team to be able to distribute new relevant content for them to utilize.

What do you like best about Denim Social?

I love being able to use Denim to schedule my posts. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. If you run into any hiccups (rare) or have any questions at all, support is the best you will find!

What do you dislike about Denim Social?

I have yet to find any downsides to using Denim!

What problems is Denim Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having pre-written, compliance approved posts ready to go and not having to come up with things continuously, saving me valuable time that can be used doing other marketing things!

What do you like best about Denim Social?

Unlike competitors, Denim Social delivers relevant articles and content for our followers when looking to create quick but insightful content.

What do you dislike about Denim Social?

Unfortunately, there are moments when some networks do not link, and the post will fail. It can be an inconvenience; however, the team is quick about trying to resolve it.

What problems is Denim Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Denim Social takes the headache out of finding "fluff" pieces and gives those fillers in between product promotion and digital advertising. Certain topics garner heavy social media presence and impressions.

What do you like best about Denim Social?

It's convenient to post to multiple platforms across multiple users from one location. I also love that I can save links/articles/content that I find throughout the day into the content library. It's much easier than the bookmark folder method I was doing (and hardly ever going back to).

What do you dislike about Denim Social?

I am struggling with the "listening" feature, and even with customer support, it doesn't appear that it's working. I also think the UpContent is useful when I haven't organically found content, but it is less robust than we originally thought. I don't find that there is as much applicable content as I was hoping.

What problems is Denim Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Denim Social is allowing us to jumpstart our social media strategy. I was overwhelmed by starting these pages and managing the various platforms properly. Being able to access all pages and platforms and schedule posts out for the week/month/etc, allows me to time block social media and keeps me from wasting time.

What do you like best about Denim Social?

That our producers can contact Denim Social directly through the platform. Not only can they chat directly with Denim - a real person is on the other side answering questions! No bots.

What do you dislike about Denim Social?

We tend to push the boundaries of the services we pay for, and in the process, we seem to be finding all the bugs in the platform. On our sales call, we were promised that advanced analytics was coming, but it was not communicated we'd have to upgrade our account type to get them.

What problems is Denim Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a bank, we have to be careful with what is said by our producers on social media platforms. With Denim, we are able to easily provide libraries of pre-approved posts and have a review structure in place for producer-created posts. This helps solve any compliance and monitor producer activity issues.

I love the ability to post on their behalf and simplifying the social media process for some older members of our team

What do you dislike about Denim Social?

I don't like the limitation on the number of images that we can post at one time. We are limited to ONE picture for Instagram and LinkedIn.

What do you like best about Denim Social?

Denim Social is an excellent platform for social media management. Their platform is tailored to included necessary banking compliance on top of social media publishing, review, analytics, advertising and an article library. Their customer success team is client focused, attentive and driven to ensure the customer has success on the platform. They provide great resources for training and knowledge about the platform.

What do you dislike about Denim Social?

Cannot think of anything material that I dislike about the program. Any issues I have are usually resolved or their team is working to resolve them.

What problems is Denim Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Social Media content generation, publishing, listening (to what others are saying about our company), and much more. Denim Social has allowed us to gain major efficiencies in sharing content to our social media audience.

I really like the post manager and the content available! It saves me time and helps me post to all my accounts quickly and easily!

What do you dislike about Denim Social?

I don't love having to type in the sign-in code every time!

What do you like best about Denim Social?

First, we love our account representative, Kylie! She is very attentive to any questions or issues that may arise. We recently added LinkedIn to our social media mix and Kylie was able to send me a lot of great resources to help get this new avenue approved. Second, as a small community bank, we are not always able to dedicate the time and resources to stay up-to-date on the latest trends or new marketing ideas. With denimsocial, they provide free one-hour webinars, blogs, and other resources to help us learn this information. They give various strategy techniques to also help grow your social media presence and provide quality metrics to show that success.

What do you dislike about Denim Social?

I wish other social media avenues, such as TikTok or Pinterest were available to use. Also, I wish the paid advertisement feature was more budget-friendly, especially for the smaller clients who don't have large budgets.

Ensure you utilize all of the resources provided by denim to maximize its full potential.
