It is solving the issues of canceling sessions from clients. This is getting better as it constantly sends out reminders to others.
The cost of patient management and the software that is part of that can really cost a ton. Greminders lets me use a free calenader service and automatically remind patients of their appointments. This decreases no shows and saves me time that I would be paying someone to do this. It works really well and the value is really great.
I have not found anything to dislike yet. The sms character count being 160 characters does create a need to be concise, but its not really a bad thing :)

I recall finding it odd that I couldn't access the team template feature under our multiuser plan. Seems that convenience shouldn't be reserved for a higher tier plan because it opens up liability for errors when you have to create the same templates over and over for each user.

What I like best is that I can manage appointments WHERE THEY HAPPEN: on Google Calendar, and GReminders can pick up on changes, cancellations, new appointments and send notifications that I create to our clients. GReminders also has management tools on their own platform so we can do things there as well to our calendar. The biggest reason why we need a tool that allows us to manage appointments directly in Google Calendar is the recurring appointments. No scheduling tool out there can manage recurring appointments like Google Calendar can. You can customize how often, for how long, etc. You can modify one of the appointments to work around other events happening one week, etc.
The client-facing user interface could use some polish. Compared to tools like Calendly Greminders booking UI looks a bit dated. It's important because the client experience reflects on their whole experience with our company.
The problem with other appointment scheduling tools is that they are limited in how they detect changes in Google Calendar. With GReminders we can change anything about the appointment from within Google Calendar and it will reflect in GReminders and in the notifications sent to the client. I mentioned recurring appointments in the "What I like best" section. Another reason why we needed a tool that allows us to manage appointments from within Google Calenda is that some of our staff are old-school in their calendaring habits and did not want to have to learn a new tool. No need with GReminders! Our staff can do everything in Google Calendar, just like they always have, but now they also have a robust and sophisticated way to remind and notify their clients.
