Very weak in stat filings. Frequent loss of quarterly data submitted to Feds and some states.

What do you like best about Greenshades?
The ability to retrieve paystubs and tax forms in PDF through their app or online.
What do you dislike about Greenshades?
The settings need to be changed to have over one year of paystubs. This could be an internal HR change or option.
What problems is Greenshades solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remotely accessing paystubs to full time and part time employees.

Sometimes the turnaround is lacking. But recently they've been sending updates that they are working on it.

What do you like best about Greenshades?
The tax service module is very easy to use and make sure we are reconciled. Recently, Greenshades added a very good payroll summary report that has gross, net, hours, deductions and benefits all in one place.
What do you dislike about Greenshades?
Some of the products need more support/tickets than others and we would also like to see more feature requests get implemented in a timely manner.
What problems is Greenshades solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greenshades is solving manual processes we use to have such as printing and mailing pay stubs, submitting vacation, submitting status changes, and submitting tax and address changes.

The time and money saved on mailing out payroll earning statements.
What do you dislike about Greenshades?
We only currently use Greenshades for uploading payroll earning statements. Since this service has been great, there isn't anything I dislike about it.
Recommendations to others considering Greenshades?
I would absolutely recommend Greenshades. Our computer consultant originally recommended the program to us and we have not been disappointed.
What problems is Greenshades solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, the time and money saved on distributing and mailing out payroll earning statements each pay period.

Technical support is superior at knowing how to fix issues and following up if they are not able to take care of it immediately.
What do you dislike about Greenshades?
We have no complaints regarding Greenshades
Recommendations to others considering Greenshades?
It's a great software and a strong tool for Human Resource departments and user friendly for employees. It allows the employees access to their information when needed.
What problems is Greenshades solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to onboard our new hires, provide pay stubs and end of year tax forms to employees while saving time and money spent on distributing these manually and we utilize the IRS filing at the end of the year.

The best things I appreciate about Greenshades is the quality customer service! There isn't a question too small that I instantly receive an answer for. I always feel that my needs are most important and met quickly.
