The collaboration ability and cloud based services provider are one of the best.

I have not seen any such thing which makes me think to dislike

Actually we are using it to solve our manual connectivity issues. Intranet helps us to collaborate and share things easily.

The implementation team was amazing; they made it so easy to get started and helped when we did a transition. I also really like the front end editor.

Support can be a little difficult sometimes as they are in another country, so you have to either be available NOW or plan ahead...

For our company, we went from a VERY basic and dated Intranet provider to Green Orbit's older version called IntranetDashboard. Our original system was not very secure, and it was a pain to build new pages. With ID we were able to modernize our intranet, and now with GreenOrbit we can do even more. One of the best benefits we discovered was tracking what is actually being used in our Intranet to know where we should focus and where we are doing well.

One minor issue with licensing which took longor than expected to get resolved

Some of the backend features are hard to navigate, but this is more because I don't document the steps required.

It is only as good as the content you publish. It will take work to make a dynamic site.

Greenorbit helps us relay and probive important information and policies to our staff. Great for access from anywhere when in lockdown.

Sharing files and documents. Able to get things to people quickly and securely.

This is more flexible than other solutions.

This is not the product that I originally signed up for (Intranet Dashboard) and lacks many of the features.

I really liked the Intranet Dashboard product. I suggest revisiting that product.

Green Orbit 's customer support has always responded in a timely manner and with courtesy to all my questions. I also think that the user interface in Green Orbit is fairly easy to understand and work in on the back end of the website.

The biggest concern with Green Orbit is the pricing which recently increased significantly. While the product was good for the price before, the cost now outweighs the benefits for our team. With the small glitches that occasionally come up, I don't want to pay a premium price.

We do use Green Orbit to engage with staff in a variety of ways through our intranet. The blog feature is great to share company news and we can easily customize the other web content to host and share information.
