The User Experience is the best. It follows the logical path for managing recruitment cycle. It is well thought out and clearly developed by developers who understand the recruitment process.
Challenges have always been obtaining real time help. Sometimes using the self hep makes it difficult to understand what is the recommended course of action. It helps to jump onto a recorded trainign to see the suggestion in action.
Reporting is still clunky and can use some further improvement. It is sometimes difficultto reconcile the output with what I know is happening.
If hiring is considered a problem... it helps tremendously. Following a logical workflow it is seamless and easy to stay on top of the recruitment. With a focus on candidate experience, it helps keep the recruiter organized and much easier to provide status on current searches to stakeholders and to keep the candidate informed of their status.
I like that it is easy to work in and the Search field is intuitive especially if I'm looking for a candidate that I don't have a first name or last name for.
Running reports is a little difficult for me - I think i just need a little more training

Greenhouse is the best ATS you can find. It provides a seamless experience for both internal and external folks. Many ways you can customize pretty much anything. In addition, support is always there to help you whenever needed. I pretty much live using this ATS daily as it's needed for my role but I wouldn't want to use any other. You can also integrate other systems directly into it making a lot of outside resources very accessible.

I like how user friendly GH is and how much material is available for training and learning more. I use scheduling tools most. Greenhouse is the only ATS tool I have used.
I think it would be nice to be able to have live chat where we can share our screens when we have an issue. Overall I am happy with the product and what it has to offer.
I always suggest utilizing the videos and training materials that are available on the Greenhouse website. Their online training is very beneficial and always kept up to date, which is not always the case.
Greenhouse has allowed us the opportunity to clearly communicate with candidates and stay in touch accordingly. Every new feature that comes out has always benefited our team positively and made us more productive.
