The simplicity of use. For a POS system, it's easy to learn. I have staff that have come over from other POS systems, and I have staff that have never used a POS system in general. It's always easy to teach them and people get it fast. Also, discounting is simple and Inventory (is always a pain) but GB has a straight forward way of intaking and auditing products.

There do seem to be some connection issues and hardware issues sometimes. I personally don't do the auditing or metrc side, but more automation for intaking products from metrc would be great. It's a big time suck to type in all the test results by hand.

Keeping things simple and easy to use. There can be a lot of turnover (staff wise) in cannabis. Teaching something that works well and is easy to catch on to is so awesome. Finding products and solving small issues is easy for new / unexperienced staff. For long-time staff memebers, they do audits, turn things on & off and find it user friendly too.

I enjoy how simple Greenbits is to use. The system is pretty straightforward and easy to train others to learn to use. Greenbits reward system would definitely be my favorite part.

I dislike the customer service end of Greenbits. I feel like it was quicker to figure out the problem ourselves than waiting on a representative. I also dislike the consistency of functionality. It seemed like the system was down just as much as it was running. It’s also very easy to duplicate ids. There should be a modify process to renew IDs that had expired.

I feel like I answered this last question but we definitely figured out a good system of clearing the Que, not duplicating IDs, etc. I have realized the benefits of “time in the que”. It helps us keep track of whose next and the amount of time it took a customer from check in to check out.

The interface on the mac os/ios looks more professional and catchy to the eye than any other device, with excellent visuals and pleasing color schemes used for attraction and easy to use.

Customer service is not up to the mark. The worst I can say I have faced until now was no response from the customer support team regarding the issue I was facing, which was very unprofessional and not a great experience.

Use it on your accords and your responsibility.

It allows us to manage and track our inventory efficiently and work less from our side. Regarding the tracking packages, it shows us everyone there waiting in queue front and the back of us. Also gives us the estimated time of clearance of the people in the queue and us.

Greenbits operates on an iPad which looks sleeker and more professional on our counters.

Terrible customer service, spend a lot of time being ran in circles. Never compatible with the latest version of iOS.

Don't use Socket Scanners.

Greenbits allows us to track our inventory efficiently.
