How easy and transparent the whole process is, you get to see where the process is stuck and where the dependency is. The workflow and error logs are amazing and very easy to onboard a vendor without reaching out to them constantly.

We do not have searches like Netsuite so if we want to export a list of customer with proper filter I cannot find that in graphite connect

Onboarding vendor and integrating it with netsuite for furthermore operations on vendor. It is easy since vendor is imported in netsuite after all the checks and now we just have to look at the operations.

Being in compliance, specifically with the information security team, I feel confident that when the onboarding solution is tied to the procurement process very little falls through the cracks. In addition, full visibility into the multiple vendor onboard touchpoints gives me assurances that we are onboarding the right vendor and gives growth to the multiple partnerships amongst the stakeholders.

Ideally, you would want all your vendors in the Graphite network. This will come with time and a little patience. However, some of their new accounts point in the right direction

We are trying to solve a fully transparent, auditable vendor onboard process, that can provide a holistic view of a vendor's overall risk to a company. Graphite checks the boxes.

Graphite provides a secure way to onboard our vendors and is flexible to meet the needs of our business.

There is some adjustment to vendors who are not familiar in using a service like this and it can take additional time to onbaord vendors.

Graphite Connect is helping us to prevent fraud in banking validations for vendor changes. They have also helped get our vendors onboarded for different vendor types in our organizations.

The tool is intuitive and the idea of creating profiles for vendors has made it very easy to onboard vendors who are already in the platform.

I do wish Graphite had built in integrations and connections with other tools but I expect that to happen over time.

The speed and flexibility of process and update changes that graphiteConnect enable is awesome, we could not have built our TPRM ecosystem up as comprehensively and quickly with another 3rd party solution and partner.

We believe that the network that graphite is building we believe is the future of how businesses will share data on risk and commercial data which allows businesses to transact, however as of the posting of this comment the network has not reached the point of critical mass, ie we need a lot of companies on the network to truly make it a network that companies see a value from. I believe graphtie will get there but as of now, the benefits of the network effect are limited.

I would have no hesitation recommending graphiteConnect, we are in our 3rd year with this company and it is working very well

There are many problems we work with graphiteConnect to solve, some examples being that we are working to ensure that business owners in our company are part of the communication process with vendors so that they are aware of when their vendors are due a risk rescreen. We are also working on how to build various 3rd party solution providers into the graphiteConnect ecosystem to allow us to constantly monitor risk from our third-party vendor base.

I love the ease of use for completing and managing security surveys. Whether you're a supplier or buyer, this is one of the easiest tools I've used in more than 20 years.

I'd love to see dashboards integrated for easier reporting.

I love this product. Graphite Connect is the first product I've used that will actually simplify and improve the process of vendor management in a way that will result in long-term success. So many other competitors are simply digitizing the same old process, Graphite is a gamechanger for supplier management.

I like the security around data and that my team does not have to deal with vendor data.

Great user interface makes checking vendor status and risk level very easy. The network element also is great when suppliers are already connected with another customer meaning their risk information is already inputted.

As more companies join the Graphite network I think the full benefit from the network (i.e. companies not having to re-answer their risk management information to multiple customers repeatedly) will become more apparent.
