Our team appreciates Graduway's outstanding customer service. We love that the GradAdvance page is very customizable and easy to use. Although the page is separate from our school's site, our GradAdvance page feels very on-brand and looks like it could be a homegrown page.
We've been very pleased with our experience so far.
Our GradAdvance page helps us share real-time results with our volunteers and donors. This is simply something our team cannot achieve without a third party service. The leaderboards help excite our constituents and encourage friendly competition which we think help our overall campaign performance.
Graduway has created and cultivated an Alumni Relations Industry. Demonstrating through their product, the value and power alumni have in their community. They listen to our needs and proactively share best practices with us. I have not only learned their product from them but have also learned from them the Alumni Relations Industry. Their product upgrades are always on point and timely. It is clear that they respect, honor and encourage us to give them feedback that they actually consider and often implement. The Graduway product has also given Alumni Relations at our school visibility and creditability that we never had on campus prior to their product.
I literally have a hard time coming up with an answer here because there really isn''t much. I guess the fact that the platform is engineered more for colleges/universities. There are some clear instances where a distinct difference is needed between a prep school platform and a college/university platform like the Mentor/Willing to Help arena but this need now appears to on Graduway's radar hence the GradCareer mentoring trial in exchange for feedback.
Graduway more than anything is giving us visibility, creditability and most importantly unification not only with alumni but also internally. It's helped us break down silos on campus between the Development office and other constituents on campus like students, faculty and staff. They have given us the ability to give back to our community useful resources that they need and that they like. It has broaden our reach with alumni and provided alumni a way to give back with their time and experience not just their money
Graduway delivers and is honest. Everything they sold us on has been realized. At first, the product seems overwhelming and we were concerned about how much time it would take to set up and run the platform from an admin role. After using it for 4 years, I am happy that running the platform takes about 15 minutes per day, and set up is made easy by Graduway holding your hand through every step. The value of this product should not be compared to free options like Facebook or LinkedIn as those platforms offer minimal data in return. The engagement and updated data that we receive in exchange for partnering with Graduway are tremendous and worth much more than the cost of the platform. I truly believe everyone should sign up now while the pricing is still a great value. I think Graduway will grow to be so large and popular that a few years from now, pricing may only be affordable by colleges and universities.
Completely satisfied. They could charge less but I don't know of a better product. I think it's a great value.
The products that they offer may seem extra now, but I believe in a couple of years most schools will have similar products and consider them mandatory

We are engaging our Alumni more by having a platform where they can search for mentors, jobs, keep up with school news, and search our business directory. The ability to update Alumni Data has been priceless as well.
1.) Configurability- The product can be white labeled and provides an easy to use mechanism for changing any out-of-the-box text across the site. Does not require developer or technical knowledge to use it and can all be managed autonomously.
2.) Access Controls- The granularity of access and functionality controls is second to none and also extremely extensible.
3.) Extensible role-types- The use of affiliations allows you to build an organizational structure to support your access controls and permissions with ease.
4.) Excellent interface- With all of the above, it would be easy to end up with a very difficult to navigate interface for configuration. The Graduway product makes everything approachable despite the breadth and depth of extensibility and configuration available.

Building a community platform that allows us to engage with a wide array of member roles. The ability to connect users to groups or other users, manually or automatically, and provide a platform that allows users to seek each other out for membership or otherwise is huge.
1) Graduway's platform is entirely customizable - anything I want included that is specific to our institution, our programming, or our particular needs, they can customize to suit and they always find solutions for me.
2) The platform and its many features are designed to allow you to transfer/streamline all of your alumni engagement strategies and programming into one place. After just a couple of years using the platform, over 60% of our contactable alumni have now joined and they know that it's the place to go for everything to do with their school and the alumni community. This makes my job (as a team of 1) much easier and makes many of my engagement tasks more manageable. We were also able to build an "Alumni to Student" mentorship program in which hundreds of mentoring matches are made yearly, through the use of Graduway's mentoring features. I would never have been able to do this in a "traditional" sense without hiring several more people.
3) The support that Graduway provides for its clients is second to none. I have an extremely attentive and responsive Account Manager who I talk to almost on a weekly basis and who helps me strategize to get the best results out of the platform. There is an amazing technical support team who always replies to my technical questions within 24 hours, sometimes even sooner. But my favourite part of all is the up-to-the-minute Pro D that Graduway constantly provides to its clients in the form of conferences/summits, masterclasses, webinars, and its own networking platform for clients. I have met with and learned from schools like ours all over the world, which has been inspiring in and of itself!
I really can't think of anything that I dislike about Graduway and its products.
Graduway's core platform puts the networking/mentoring/social needs of our alumni community right into their hands, so it takes a lot of work off my desk. Rather than spending hours of my time trying to connect and introduce alumni to one another, they have the power to reach out themselves. It frees up my time for higher level strategy and exploration of new ideas and programming. Graduway also provides its clients with hundreds of templates, samples, and best practice resources, which also saves me a ton of time when I'm trying to implement a new program or idea.

I love that Graduway is constantly upgrading their platform to stay relevant in the alumni engagement industry. As needs change (hello, pandemic), so do their services and offerings. The training and resources they provide make implementation user friendly and seamless. Their customer service is second to none. I have always felt like a priority with my rep, and she is always responsive and available. I am impressed with the metrics provided on the back end, which allows us to gain a great picture of how our alumni are utilizing the system.
I really do not have anything negative to say about the product or service. I think I was a little naive at the amount of staff time it takes to keep the content fresh, but as with anything, the more you put into it, the more you get out of it.
It's a wonderful tool to engage alumni. Use the resources that Graduway provides for implementation and maintenance. Their guides are easy to follow, and their webinars are excellent - short, direct, and packed with ideas.
We are launching a comprehensive mentoring program with our Career Center. This platform has allowed our offices to collaborate and bring meaningful engagement to our students and alumni without a lot of manual work. As the world goes more digital, this has been a great tool to get our alumni to come together and interact in a simple, user friendly way.
The evolving products and suite if services that Graduway has provided to our Engineering Faculty's 50,000+ alumni, 7000 students and 700 Professors / Staff has been nimble, dependable and promoted well. Engagement of our alumni, especially in curricular and career services work with students has been lucrative. We have increased alumni engagement significantly year after year and this has all led to a broader pool of supporters.
Some new features we have wanted integrated took a few weeks longer than we hoped for, but we also recognize we are a very ambitious stakeholder group - Engineering alumni are folks who could build this type of CMS, and so we aim to impress and engage a group who expects cutting edge technology. That said, we have over 10,200 on our platform and open rates often in the 80% range for mass personalized messages. Excellent group to endorse.
Roll out the membership early after signing. I had no reason to hesitate in hindsight.

We have been utilizing Graduway's GradAdvance product since the inception of our day of giving four years ago. We chose them over other products because of the high level of customization and branding available. Rather than being fund-driven like many giving days, we typically raise unrestricted dollars and needed to find ways to gamify the day around affinities/relationship to the university. Graduway was the only platform that allowed us to utilize leaderboards/challenges/etc. in this way. Additionally, we liked the idea of paying a flat fee and knowing how to plan versus paying based on how much we raise through the platform - and thank goodness we went this route versus another product because we ended up raising much more than we anticipated. Now that we've partnered on various projects, I can also confidently say that the level of customer service is outstanding. We have found a true partnership. The team at Graduway goes out of their way not just to make our dreams a reality, but also to provide insight and best practices into what may work well for us and new ideas to try. We have grown our day of giving from $201,000 in year one to nearly $500K this past year, and we couldn't have done it without Graduway!
I think the social sharing tools in the GradAdvance product could use some work. It is difficult for donors/constituents to understand the entire login process in order to share through the tools. Rather than confuse them, we end up bypassing these tools altogether and simply utilizing personalized URLs for ambassador outreach and tracking. This works well for us, but I wish it was easier to track social ambassador success - both as an institution and for the donors/ambassadors themselves. I would love to see some improvements in this area!
