I like the UX - I tried many other platforms before and didn´t get happy with it. GoVisually integrates best in our workflow, we use it also as an direct integration to Asana.
I doesn´t like the price model. I have many projects, so it gets expensive by time. If I had a wish: Please let the projects limit go. I think that is a reason why many people doesn´t change from frame.io.
GoVisually is fully integratet in our workflow. All creative users use it to get internal proofs or also external from our customers - as mentioned, we use the Asana integration.
I found GoVisually online after many searches. While I still haven't mastered the system, it's easy enough for myself and my clients to get work reviewed and approved. I love the customer service, very nice people. I really enjoy that the platform allows for mobile reviewing, click to add comments but also box to add comments, and that my clients can instantly download the file after approval.
I also just found out I don't even have to leave photoshop or illustrator, there's a direct plugin that will upload my files to GoVis. Amazing.
Well worth the money
I really don't have any dislikes. Every obstacle I have had has been handled by customer service. I don't think anything is wrong with the platform, it's easy and awesome.
It was near impossible to track my clients down for an in person review and even more difficult to have them print and mark up a draft. GoVis allows my clients to leave comments anywhere they are from a phone or computer. Without GoVis I have no proof my clients approved their designs, email chains for the amount of design work I do will not work. This was the perfect solution
Communication with our clients is a big deal and GV helps both sides be on the same page about the projects. It's good to know that having them join our GV team was easy because of the intuitive interface. Communications is so good, we haven't even met some clients in person, but we've been doing a lot of great work, all via GoVisually.
The Slack integration helps a lot. However, we would love to have a preview of what our client writes right there on Slack.
It's great for including clients on your Go Visually team. Usually, adding client to different software is a pain considering previous knowledge is required for most software. This is not a problem with Go Visually, we were able to get the hang of it in a couple days/weeks, and we don't consider our clients to be tech savy.
Most of the works has to go through a "Publications" department. Including them in our team has sped up the workflow.

Whew! I have eliminated the emails going back and fourth about changes to their design. This is waayyy more easier. Before, clients wouldn't know where to start when giving feedback and this makes it super easy and saves time as well.
