What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

The speed and reliability is most helpful

Time of inactivity could be made adjustable by the user as it seems a little short for my needs but I have become accustomed to working within it

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

It is afforable, secure, and easy to use.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

It toggles between the screens rather too easily and when using multiple screens it is sometimes not user friendly on laptops and can get frustrating.

What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps when we are out of my place of business to still have complete access to my files at the office without having to go in.

"GoToMyPC is so easy to use!"

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

I have used GoToMyPC off and on for the past 14 years. I liked it so much that when I needed to once again have the ability to remote into my office computer I chose to go back to GoToMyPC. What I like about it is the user-friendliness. It just is so easy to use! Also, I am comfortable with the price I pay.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

I don't have any negatives that I could report. It is a great product!

What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?

The best thing that I have noticed from when I first started using the program 14 years ago is the lag time. I can work from home and it is almost just like working directly from my office computer. Whereas 14 years ago there was a significant lag between the action I was making, and the action being produced on my office computer. So that is a really nice resolution to have now. :-)

That I can work on my office desktop from anywhere, It even lets me adjust the size of the veiw

I can't think of anything that I don't like

"A must have for off-site IT tech"

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

That our IT tech can log in from anywhere in the world, and anytime of the day and fix our issues.

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

None that I can think of. Have not used it that often personally. The boss and management have used it several times.

Recommendations to others considering GoToMyPC:

A much have for companies with off-site IT technichians

What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?

I cannot say how often this has been a life saver. We use an off-site IT tech who is very much in demand and hence very busy. So when he can't make it into the office to fix a problem, he'll take the time, often later that day in the late evening or early hours next morning to log in and fix the issues.

"This is your must have software!"

What do you like best about GoToMyPC?

You can work on any computer anywhere and transfer files between computers as well as print wherever you are. It is the definition of a mobile office and a must have for a small office!

What do you dislike about GoToMyPC?

I've been using this software for years and, truthfully, I can't think of any downsides.

What problems is GoToMyPC solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the years that I've used this software, I don't think that I've had an issue that GoToMyPC's support had to get involved in.

Love that I am able to work remotely just as if I am sitting at my desk in the office!

I can log into my work server and it is like I am at work.

It is a little pricey but the advantages of having it outweigh the cost.

It enables me to log into my work desktop with ease. It has been a gamer changer for me. The customer service is very reliable and helpful.

There is nothing that I dislike about GoToMyPC and I have been a long time customer.
