"Great service, value for money, and good customer services when needed"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect?

I love having an email fax instead of a seperate fax line. The service has always been great.

Nothing. I have used this company for many years and have been happy with their services.

Phone issues and they were able to get me an updated service

It's simple and it works well, 24/7 support, I like the ability to utilize the system from anywhere

Go to connect combine voice, video and chat capabilities in a single platform

Go to connect is designed to be a user-friendly with intuitive interface that makes it easy for a user to setup and manage their communication channels

Changes that were made to the PBX can be somehow frustrating

Go to connect has been better since last year cause it has been serving me better (great customer support) simple is the perfect thing we like about the platform

It's perfect approach in combining everything starting from video calling, to audio conference and remote desktop control

I have no dislike nice for communication......

The platform is a user-friendly, unlimited lines, it cost effective, have great customer service, the call quality is better than i expected, nice features that it offers

The 10 rating comes especially due to jive mobility app

The customer service is pretty, online admin console is good and capabilities as well

The follow me function is very helpful as it can forward you call to you mobile

Support 24/7

Some features of the software need to updated as they are very limited. Setting up dial plan can be confusing to setup at first

This was our first cloud-bssed phone system, having migrated from on-prem wave

It is the perfect approach in combining everything staffing from video,calling to audio conference and remote desktop control

The only dislike I have come across is lack of customer support.....

"Reliable VOIP phone system"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect?

Go to connect is a great tool that offers good voice quality as well as video conferencing, I have been using it more than 2years now and I have very rarely issues like (robot voice) or the choppiness that you sometime you can get a VOIP platform

What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

While it's reliable most of the time, call have gotten choppy in the past. This is rare however this happen less than once per month

I would recommend GO TO to my peers

"Great features and call quality"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect?

The GoToConnect back-end PBX is powerful, easy to configure, and the physical desk phones JUST WORK. Probably one of the best phone services when it comes to overhead paging.

Good customer service and support too.

What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

The desktop application is a bit basic compared against Zoom Phone or Vonage.

Phone calls for our business.

Financeiro faturas possui algumas dezorganizacoes e uma distância enorme entre vendas e implantação
