Gotalk is the best product for video meeting and conferencing. I was always worried about a quality product but Gotalk resolved me video conferencing issues. It is high quality product.

Gotalk is overall a great product but even then sometimes we expereince distortion in voice while making a video conferencing. It is lagging sometimes and the thing i dislike its issues timely customer support.

Not much! Love it a lot. If I had to say something negative, I think it could probably be less expensive? The size of one's organization being larger, would obviously fare better with higher prices, but for smaller companies, maybe that could be a suggestion.

The only thing that I find could be improved is the user interface colors and overall design it's very corporate where I feel like it could be toned down a little bit .
