We're able to see what feature they're using, if they encountered an error and also reply to them when we're not at our desks with the iphone app integration.

The UX and customer support is super cool. We've been using GS for 6-7 years now and for several products. We love Live chat, Trends, and real-time user movement.

GoSquared is complete. Really, from analytics to engagement. And when it comes to engagement we have a lot of features to help us such as live chat, broadcasting, automated messages based on triggers and behaviors and more. It is an all-in-one solution, a one-stop shop for digital entrepreneurs to scale and support their business. The interface is awesome and the support is suuuuper awesome. The time to integrate is low since their documentation is concise and clean.
The ability to build your own dashboard inside the tool. But recently they launched an integration with Google Data Studio which fix somehow this issue.
Customer relationship, Sales, Growth marketing tactics, Support, and Customer Onboarding are the main problems we are tackling with GoSquared.
Our order system for custom shoes can be a bit complicated so users who are not used to tech, so having the ability to answer their questions directly from the page is awesome
I wish there were some more reports available for the Analytics, like landing pages ect.

It contains a free version though with limited features. The support service is friendly and super nice as they provide solutions to your questions instantly.
GoSquared works better for small to medium sized business but not for large sized enterprises. There needs to be an option where it can link to database. The price can be a disadvantage for some people as it is quite expensive. The mobile application doesn't work as well as the desktop version so it needs improvements. There are overall few minor issues present here and there.

GoSquareds layout is extremely user friendly and I love that about the product! I have been thru so many other Software products and by far have yet to come across one that has benefited me as much as go Squared has!
It's not the best product when it comes time to dealing with there customer service center but the great thing about the software is that it is so very simple to use that you don't really have to deal with there customer service side of things!
