Top tier customer service with good features
What do you like best about GorillaDesk?
The customer service is outstanding. They reply fast, and know their own product so well. The product itself is more then enough to get a 10/10. It has so many features for you to customize your experience and your customers experience.
What do you dislike about GorillaDesk?
It can be a little overwhelming to learn for the first couple of hours. There's a lot going on, at the same time it's worth it!
What problems is GorillaDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes routing, chemical documentation, and invoicing so easy.

What do you like best about GorillaDesk?
I like the availablility of the help and quality of the help. The customer support is unmatched in the industry.
What do you dislike about GorillaDesk?
It's hard to say exactly. There are some things that I think would make life a little easier, but they aren't a huge problem. I usually provide them feedback when I would like to see something changed.

What do you like best about GorillaDesk?
The simplicity and speed with which you can transfer your operations to Gorilladesk is a major strength. Having previously spent a full 6 months trying to properly implement a competitor's software, we decided to consider another option. We had one team using GD on the very first day, and seeing how easy it was for them to pick up and start using, we rolled it out across the full business by the end of that week. The app is well designed and requires no real 'training' for team members, it's so easy to use that they can just sign in and begin work, yet does everything you realistically need in the field.
What do you dislike about GorillaDesk?
If you bill customers on an hourly rate or time and materials basis, you will have difficulty with the invoicing workflow, which doesn't provide this functionality. It's set up for fixed price/per service billing only. Likewise if you have customers who are on monthly account cycles, but pay for actual services provided during the period rather than a fixed rate or level billing type arrangement, you may struggle with your invoicing. There are workarounds for both, but the software is certainly not optimised for hourly pricing structures.
What problems is GorillaDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us it simplifies our daily routing, and rerouting of service schedules. We had outgrown our previous field service software as the drag and drop scheduler became to crowded beyond 3 or 4 work crews, making it difficult to read and make changes to. While GD does have a drag and drop interface at it's core, features like automatic route optimisation, batch job reassignment, and geofencing make creating schedules quick and easy.

Best pest software on the market.
What do you like best about GorillaDesk?
Streamline and user friendly a technician can be trained in 2 days., fast help and they know how a pest control company works from the inside/out.
What do you dislike about GorillaDesk?
The portal system is a must a customers love it!!

So little to dislike.
What problems is GorillaDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
Routing system could be different in the sense that the stops are closer instead a loop and a template for text reminder when en route would help our protocol.

I've reviewed them all and so glad I chose GD
What do you like best about GorillaDesk?
I love that this system is so incredibly easy to learn, even on the fly. As a small business (Hubby & wife team), we don't have time for a lengthy training/learning curve. With this program, we spent maybe an hour learning the important ins and outs and got to the business of running our business. They are the ONLY company I've ever known to have a "suggestions" section where clients can request changes/upgrades and let others not only see the requests but vote to have them made?!?
What do you dislike about GorillaDesk?
As a prior owner of a technology company that also wrote our own software and provided customer service, so my expectations where H I G H. GD has met and exceeded every single need I have had. The customer service is so far above par, I can't even begin to sing all their praises!
Recommendations to others considering GorillaDesk?
The only downside I have is that a couple of functions take too many "clicks" on the mobile version. To take payment in the field is a bit "clicky", but functions exactly as it should. Also to look up a client on a mobile is a couple of extra clicks.
What problems is GorillaDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
With as many functions as are available, a few annoying clicks are ABSOLUTELY worth it. The few dislikes I have, I view as pretty easy to workaround for an overall robust system with superb customer service and support.

Reduce administrative costs, save time, improve technician experience, improve client communication
What do you like best about GorillaDesk?
The reduction of administrative time with client interactions. One person can reschedule hundreds of job on rain days, send email and text messages , invoice and follow-up in minutes.
What do you dislike about GorillaDesk?
Recommendations to others considering GorillaDesk?
A close second would be the technical support. Our experience with the Gorilla Desk support has been exceptional. New functionality sets are often added to Gorilla Desk which often provide great benefit to us. Sometimes we have questions about new things. Their support is top notch.
What problems is GorillaDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, there is really nothing I dislike about the existing functionality of the software.

We also are able to keep up with billing much easier! A business necessity!
What do you like best about GorillaDesk?
We didn’t have any business software, and researched many different options. We decided to go with GD and are 100% satisfied. The software exceeded our expectations and also saved up money and time. We have referred many others to GD since we started using it. The tech support is also extremely responsive and helpful if you have any questions.
What do you dislike about GorillaDesk?
The only thing we dislike is that we didn’t start using GD sooner.
Recommendations to others considering GorillaDesk?
We have only had connection issues but that is due to poor cellular service due to rural area.
What problems is GorillaDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you have questions, don’t be affraid to ask, also be ready to customized your GD for your business. Take the time to make it work best for you.

Best Time Saver Ever!
What do you like best about GorillaDesk?
The ability to work virtually paperless has really been a big help in lowering office time.
What do you dislike about GorillaDesk?
Being in the termite business, I would like them to do a better job on the graphing abilities on GorillaDesk. It is basically non existent, but is very much needed.
What problems is GorillaDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time has by far been the biggest help thus far. The thing is, I’ve only had the program for two months, and haven’t scratched the surface on what the program can do. I look to add some of the benefits that are built in to the program.

Scheduling is very easy, adding jobs & invoices very user friendly.
What do you dislike about GorillaDesk?
We would like if the clients schedule calendar in desktop version change colors once job is completed and/or not completed for that day.

What do you like best about GorillaDesk?
I love the ease of inputing Customers, Product and Inventory! Mobile app is super easy to use as well! And the monthly price is great!
What do you dislike about GorillaDesk?
The one major thing I would change is when the mobile app is opened, it doesn’t immediately open to the present day. You have to search for it.
What problems is GorillaDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?
