Not only was GoReminders easy to intergrate into the everyday workflow of our business it has increased our proficiency in reducing the amount of no-shows down to 0, yes no shows were 0, during our first month of launch. Definitely worth the investment. The team has been so helpful in setting up the dashboard for our company and tweaking minor things so that our productivity is maximized. We can't say enough good things about it and would highly recommend this service to any company in need of a more personalized constant-contact reminder service for their business.

GoReminders has flawlessly allowed for us to customize reminders to each client. This has not only elimited no-shows within our business but has added an extra layer of professionalism that I think the clients notice and appreciate.

I love that I can have reminder's sent to my clients automatically which saves me so much time sending the reminders individually.

I would like if I could have addresses populate in the Google Calendar location section.

Great for reminders of AFTER an appointments has been scheduled.

It's not easy to schedule an apointment after parts come in. "Your parts are arriving soon. Please call to schedule" is the only way it works for me.

Reminding customers of their appoinments. It has improved customers missing appoinments.

Once I set up the client for text reminders, I don't have to worry about reminding them manually. They also have an immediate way to contact me.

I find no downside. I had to get in the habit of putting my clients in go reminders, but now that it is a part of my system, it is a snap.

I often forgot to manually send the client a text message for their upcoming appointment and would have No Shows. Go reminders does all of this for me

There are no downsides! Pricing is amazing for what youre getting. No brainer!

We would forget to confirm. When we placed confirm calls, clients were not available. Our missed appointments have gone down incredibly!

Easy to use. The calendar is my favorite part. Also, the repeat appointment setting helps me a lot. When a phone number is not valid you will receive an email that the message was not received.
