What do you like best about Prospero?

I am a freelancer. Most of the time had to create my proposals by my own hand. Which was boring and disgusting. Prospero made my life easier. Just drag and drop the fields. your proposals is ready

What do you dislike about Prospero?

Nothing at all. Prospero is good. And the UX is solid. I know the Ux designer whose name is Ashik Prottoy. He is a great UX Designer. I worked with him multiple times. Everything was nicely done

Recommendations to others considering Prospero:

Just use it. I am a user for the last 6 years. They recently added a new UI. Which is pretty cool.

What problems is Prospero solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved my business problem. Prospero made my life easier with the contract page. Proposal Page. I can track my proposals which phase they went through. And who is watching right now

What do you like best about Prospero?

I like that I don't need any design experience, and you don't have to be a "creative" person at all to make eye-catching professional proposals. It's so simple to use, and you can create something nice to send to a client in a matter of minutes. It's so convenient to send the proposal to them, have them review it, sign it and submit it without having to use a ton of other tools. You can also connect to a payment processor connected to the proposal, so if your prospect decides to accept the proposal, they can submit their first payment right then and there.

What do you dislike about Prospero?

It's really a nice tool. There isn't much bad I can say about it. The only thing that I didn't like was during Covid-19, when my business slowed down, I didn't have a way to pause my subscription. There wasn't enough new business coming in to justify paying a monthly fee for a few months. I ended up letting the subscription go and recently started it back up when business started rolling in. If you are a small business or a new business that doesn't receive a lot of business yet, this tool may not be the best option because of that.

Recommendations to others considering Prospero:

Make sure your business brings in enough new clients to justify making a monthly payment for this software.

What problems is Prospero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating, sending, and signing proposals is a simple process. Integrating a payment processor to get my first payment from a new client is even better. This tool saves me time, and it also saves me money. I don't have to pay for 2 or 3 different tools for proposals, e-signatures, and payments since Prospero has it all in one tool for one low price.
