We were initially hesitant about trying another sign in system. Its ability to collaborate with clients on file edits is superb. The mobile interface uses some improvement.
There is a lack of overview of changes, which makes collaboration more difficult. There is room for improvement in terms of user friendliness.
GoProof allows us to work comfortably and smothly. It boosts productivity by enabling easy proof review and approval processes and enhancing collaboration.
Coming from the publishing world, I was used to using InCopy but this was overkill for the needs of our marketing team. I'm so glad we found GoProof! It still allows our content team to easily make the necessary copy edits and comment on design elements, while connecting seamlessly with our designers. GoProof is so easy to use and saves us so much time.
Getting adoption from the larger team. They think it's yet another system they have to sign into and learn but once you get over that hump, it's pretty easy for everyone and saves a lot of time.
The commenting system and sticky notes via Preview or Acrobat were ineffective and prone to error. There was a lot of back and forth and no easy way to see all the changes when you have multiple reviewers and stakeholders. GoProof helps us all get on the same page, understand what the changes are, and save time.
We like sending proofs directly from Creative Cloud application to our reviewers. Having the comments right in a panel makes for easy tracking and changes. Our reviewers love the easy commenting tools, that they can download a pdf (if the proof-sender clicked the box), and that they can review proofs wherever they are.
Big files looks like they've stalled in sending, but with patience, all files go through.
GoProof is a great proofing solution for Adobe Creative Cloud users. It allows for proof tacking and history, without requiring the workflow management of other more pricey options.
So many people need to see the proof, we love the @tagging that allows reviewers to tag each other to get their questions answered by the right person. The parallel proofing is great. My team likes managing their proofs from their design software.
Love the extension which makes it super easy. We love how we can get feedback and easy collaboration on our marketing efforts. The collaboration is really the best part...this is what I believe is the future of how teams will collaborate on designs, copy etc...with so many employees working remotely and even within other countries.
It's a little daunting in the begging as the platform seems kind of un-friendly. But once our team got used to it we loved it. Other than that we love it, and it something we use pretty much every business day. I had to convince my manager about the benefits of using it but I think we have more than realized the advantages this creates within the team.
I think this is a great tool for a marketing team or copy-writing team, would highly recommend it.
tracking projects, easy for the team to submit copy directly into Adobe InDesign documents. Collaboration is the key word here....easy collaboration to discover new ideas, old ideas, errors, and more!
I very much like the inter-connectivity with this product. For all involved in the project, being able to send updates/proof is imperative which I like that GoProof provides.

Instead of sending the five reviewers at a client a PDF of each Illustrator file, and trying to combine the different feedback in return, GoProof makes that process a lot smoother.
The feature only available in the Enterprise version which enables you to send a proof to your client who can actually edit the type in their browser, preview the results, and send it back to you. You can then apply their edits to your file, eliminating the need to do the edits for them. However, this is a little bit out of my budget for now.
GoProof saves a lot of time. It streamlines everything and takes out missing files and misunderstandings. It’s an overall better way to communicate.
Time spent exporting PDFs, naming and tracking different PDF versions, sending PDFS that are too big, can be hard to track feedback, often outdated PDF versions and having to switch back and forth between the PDF and InDesign or Illustrator to make edits. The benefit of GoProof is that it addresses all the familiar PDF workflow problems above and allows anyone in the workflow process to view, discuss, comment, markup, and sign off on proofs that you share directly from a panel.
GoProof is great proofing software for my graphic designers and my video producers working ion my marketing team. Reviewing creative content internally or with client is a breeze!
The one issue we have is with the mobile interface. However collaborating on documents and videos together makes up for the very small number of dislikes.

Managing deisngers, video editors and copywrites are a task. But with Goproof, it is easy! I Mean seriously. We get to steamline our tasks without making a mess.. the designers can do their designs, get approval, make changes according to the feedback.. same goes to copy and videos ..
The mobile UI. Its a pretty new system so i hope there is a scope for improvement in the mobile interface
A a copywriter, my area is majorly on the text. Getting approval for the copies and the texts seems easier with Goproos as it is a collaborative system. It tracks the projects easily and because of that, we can be updated with "what's next" in every project
