Google workspace is a good product, shame about the support
Google workspace is a good product overall and good value for money. I have been using it for over 15 years since it was first launched as google apps.
Back then everything was great, but over the years the customer service and support has become absolutely terrible.
They now outsource all their support to India, and all you get is incompetent people who barely understand English, can't read emails and don't actually understand how workspace works most off the time

The result of this is repeating everything you say 10 times, getting completely incompetent and wrong advice, which will often cost you money or lost data.
If you speak to them on the phone (which they also make very difficult), all they do is tell you how they will definitely solve your problem, despite not understanding a single thing you said to them.
The whole time you talk they annoyingly will just keep key saying "uh huh, yes, i understand", which means they are clearly not actually listening.

Even worse is partner support (pps), which is 100% completely useless.
They are not reachable by phone, to anyone, even other Google depts.
They will take anywhere from weeks to months to reply to tickets, no matter how urgent your issues is. And most of the time they will just fob you off and tell you to contact workspace support even though support told you to contact pps.

you get agent support 24/7 with an average waiting time of 10 seconds yet the agent is pretty much useless
The juxtaposition between how fast the support is and how useless it is it's wild.

Don't ever go to a google meet with them; 90% of the time, you can't understand their English accent.

They say they will do X for you in Y amount of time, bull****, they never get back to you. This happened 4 times to me.

You gotta love monopolies.

computer says no
a good online system, spoiled by poor service and "computer say no" policies.
We have 89 accounts on workspace standard, each has 30GB of storage, but I need 100GB for one user.
Every chromebook user gets 100GB of storage space - except if you pay for google workspace???? so we cant use that.
If you pay for google workspace you cant buy extra storage from google one??? so we cant use that
The only way to increase a single users storage is to pay DOUBLE the subscription for EVERY ONE of our 89 users.
So paying for google leaves you worse of than if you dont.

Don't get workspace without doing…
Don't get workspace without doing research first.
Google kept double charging after upgrade. I have tried to speak with support but it is like a dark web maze. You keep circling around for hours trying to find information on how to get through to someone. I canceled and was charged $125 cancellation fee....
Navigating the software is not worth it for small business as it seems like you need someone full time to learn it and use it. So challenging and I use many softwares in my work. Terrible and frustrating experience.
I feel like I was scammed. Very unprofessional.

Unethical ways to take people’s money.
If there was any less I would have given that…. I’m really angry at the fact that I will be paying for the rest of my life because there is no tech support. How can a company steal from people? It must be because they have monopoly, also being a giant company.
I want to cancel my services with them but they won’t help me, they don’t have any support for my kind of problem.
It was the biggest mistake in my life to subscribe to Google Workspace. Now my only option is to get a new credit card, so they can’t withdraw anymore money from my bank account.
Shame on you Google, shame on you.

worst tech support ever experinced, not going to be a customer here again, better be happy you got monopol on ads ,otherwise your company sucks.

need tech support because my account freezes, sends me through talking to AI for 4 hours now, no guidance or help what so ever, when companies get to big to take care of their customer, this is it!

Support almost as bad as HP
The support for something as simple as Google Drive is horrendous. Spent 3 hours with 4 "technicians" today trying to solve a file storage issue. Besides having heavy middle eastern accents that you had to ask numerous times to repeat because you couldn't understand them, they never did solve the problem nor did they seem interested in doing so.

They are unethical, worst company in the world
They are unethical. We have been charged twice without any reasons, we ask the refund for the double charged and they refused. They told me that the second charge would be used in the next months payment. The monthly charge should be 33.67€, I've been charged 2 x 33.67 €...I should have a credit of 33.67...no I've a credit 21.32 € reducing everyday and they do not provide any clarification or assistance.,
