Easy to use, easy to connect. Always updated.
Sometimes It crashes and you're not able to understand why
free tool, help me to visualize data, building report and powerful charts
The best thing about Google Cloud is its scalability, advanced data analytics, and strong AL and ML integration. And its infrastructure is optimal at the global level also the security is fabulous. Google Cloud supports hybrid and multi-cloud solutions which provides flexibility in deployment strategies.
Disliking part of Google Cloud includes the complex pricing structure and a smaller market share compared to AWS and Azure.
Google Cloud addresses challenges related to scalability, data management, cost efficiency, and innovation. It benefits businesses and users by providing a platform for flexible scaling, and efficient data handling.
What I like the most about Looker Studio is the ease of use and the Google connectors that are already available to connect your data from Google Sheets to this solution. After the connection is done, the rest is easy so you can create your own boards with different types of graphs, and customize them with the colors of your company, for example.
I wish Looker Studio could connect to PostgreSQL databases with SSH or VPN connections
The way to show insights based on data, and processing tons of data and cross them with other data sets so you can have as an outcome easy to digest information for high level reports or detailed reports.
One common advantage of Google Cloud is its scalability and integration with other Google services.
Sometimes I've got concerns about the complexity of pricing and potential cost overruns in Google Cloud.
Google Cloud solves a range of technical challenges related to infrastructure, data management, and application development. Its benefits are most evident for businesses and organizations that rely on cloud services to streamline operations, innovate, and stay competitive in the digital landscape.
Looker Studio was helpful for analyzing the data from any segments and creating it and see the report in a clear and easy way.
If we add data from 2 source then the looker studio doesnt work and sometimes the load time is high
Analysing Data and ending up in final conclusion what we want to do in future according to the results
It's a free tool, it connects directly with other Google products, it can connect with other non-Google products, its easily sharable, and can make data very digestible.
You really need to use (and pay for) third part connectors to get the full use out of it. The Google connectors it has still doesn't show everything that the platforms show, in some cases, I have had to use the third party tools to connect to Google products to show the one thing I wanted to show on the report.
Invest the time to create the report (which can take a while) if it means you don't have to keep making the same report later on. The initial time sink can be well worth the incremental time shifts. Plus if you have several other reports from other clients that are very similar, you can create one as a template and save time on those later reports too!
Client report that provides data in an automated way. A client can look at a report and check metrics from 1 week, 1 month, 1 quarter, 1 year, or any other date range they want. All from the same report. No putting in requests for that data to be pulled.
I really like how Google Data Studio reports are so customizable. Whether you're updating the theme colors, page sizing, chart settings, etc. - there are endless ways to create a report. At our digital marketing agency, we've been able to take our reports to the next-level with the help of data studio. I like that this works seamlessly with so many native and third-party data connectors. The fact that you can retroactively update data and share with clients is incredible.
If you have many data sources (and blended data sources) connected to the report it can really slow down both the editing and loading aspects. My company has a few very robust reports and they are just a hastle to update because it loads so slowly - especially if you have multiple people editing the report simultaneously.
Google Data Studio is a great option if you are looking for a lot of customization.
Google Data Studio reports have really helped us connect the dots across all of our digital marketing initiatives for our clients. One issue that Google Data Studio has been great at solving is combining various data sets into one source. We are able to do this with blended data and it helps make the data even more clear to show trends and results. Additionally, we are able to show clients their data in a way that is digestible and easy to understand.
How it automatically brings in data from other google softwares such as google analytics and google search console and combines these all together in one place. It's also great how it constantly updates this data without any manual work from us. We can also bring in our own data using google sheets which is brilliant for keeping all of the information in one report.
Currently there isn't much i dislike, it does take a small amount of time to get used to how it work.
I would highly recommend using google data studio, it will make your life easier.
Everyone can view our reporting through one link which also doesn't have to be manually updated by us.

The interface is very easy to learn as well as versatile, which gives us options to select a vast selection of fonts and colors. There are various options of visual presentation of data and it can easily refresh data from different sources!
Sometimes it gets slow with large data as well as working for lengthier hours.Building graphs from scratch is difficult as it has some limitation in blending data from different sources.
this Studio is great for creating simple graphs out of larger datasets that are continuously being updated. there are formula functions to help with manipulating data and get the data that users need, even though it can be difficult and time-consuming for beginners, but with experience this platform could be of great help.
