I found Google Workspace is the most collaborative and cloud-friendly in the market.

Team collaboration is the best and User friendly too. Options are clear and offer various products such as email and slides. sheets etc

The prices of plans could have been affordable for single users. Even though it is mostly cloud friendly product, it could have been made easily available for Offline access just like office 360

Core topics i use it for are

Crating Notes, Spreadsheets updating by Team, Email is the best. While we use Google Meet and Chat are for primary messaging and video conferencing apps.

It's so easy for people to fill out Multiple choice, short answers, checkboxes, and more options, then we can gather the information needed for our campaigns.

The notification system needs a little more work, having available more templates wouldn't hurt either.

We've mostly used Google Surveys to generate answers to questions we have on how things are running or to collect information from our users/members on how our services worked for them, situations, or their perceptions about our business.

The best thing about GoogleDocs is that it saves your documents instantly. So, you never miss any data. All records are modified real-time even if you have multiple users working on the document. Your documents are safe as you can rely on GoogleDocs. You can share your documents instantly with as many people as you want. You can collaborate with your team members even if you are out or on a vacation. On the top of everything, multiple users can edit a document which is really great. So, if you can't edit any document yourself, your subordinates will do it for you. Sharing your document is quick and really easy as well.

The integration between Microsoft word and GoogleDocs is not so great. It doesn't work well at all.

Sharing documents with team members is quite quick and simple with GoogleDocs. On the top of it, you can also restrict rights and access to content security.

Google Workspace has everything that a school would need.

The different versions of the software can be confusing.

I am able to provide a stable productivity and collaboration for my entire school.

I like that I can turn an email into a Task on my Tasklist easily

It prefers Google Meet and there's no way to change that to use Zoom

Like many, I live in my Inbox, so easy actions from there are great.

Viewing the sidebar calendar is cool; pinning the Calendar to a tab in Chrome is even better. Seeing meetings around the time of a proposed meeting is helpful.

The most helpful thing is to access my data from any part of this planet.

I think there is nothing to dislike. It provides everything in a single package.

Use this platform to save your efforts and time. One can work from everywhere if we connect with the internet and complete or edit our work anytime and anywhere.

There are numerous data that I have to maintain daily, and I am the responsible person to handle it. But every time, keeping things on an offline platform becomes very difficult for me. So I generally use Google Workspace to maintain my data from any device.

The best part of Google Workspace is my data is continuously updated, and I do not require a particular device to store the information offline.

Google Workspace has been a comprehensive solution for us at the company: from Docs, Drive, Calendar, and Contacts to Mail, it has been an all-in-one, perfect solution for our business needs.

The pricing is based per user and, in my opinion, could be lower. There should be more billing options offered. Storage also should be increased. Resolving just these things and it becomes the best business solution of this era.

Google Workspace helps us organize our business and manage its daily business processes: Calendar has become a feature that we cannot live without, for it integrates so well with the other Google tools.

The user-experience when navigating i0n Google Workspace.

You will be limited to the apps that google offers. However, there are some easy integration to 3rd-party applications

The ease of access of everything into one platform. Especially, managing the accounts and other apps under google.

This is allowed us to free up a lot of time manually creating surveys and manually

Had to train everyone on how to do this through a computer as opposed to pen and paper

This used to take up so much time for my staff that this is honestly free of days of production for my business

I like th e integration of all apps, gmail, docs, sheets, youtube etc... it all just works and syncs easily. I have always been an Outlook, Work and Excel user. Switching to the Google Workspace is much wasier to use between apps. It seems quicker to work between apps, and it doesn't crash and lose your work!

The only thibg I don't like is whrn trying to "Copy and Paste" using the keyboard... it needs a "plugin".

Google Workspace is time saving. It's quicker to create a document and save it, and also share it. To add hyperlinks for references is easier too.
