The platform is very user friendly and straight forward and I appreciate that there is a chat box as well so if I get stuck or need help I have someone there I can ask and who will respond immediately.
The glitches, codes not working, emails not going through to customers etc

It’s very slow sometimes on the till, and nps doesn’t load on mobile. I wish the voucher redemption is also linked on the pos for less handling especially during peak times.

As a user, Goody card loyalty systemt is acceptable in so many outlets without carrying any extra card or key tag. Nowadays we love carrying and using our smart phone wherever we go and Goody card is on my mobile since day one. I also take the advantage of what other outlets offer in nearby businesses, it is called 2 birds with 1 stone. As a business owner, I can store customers details to promote other products or services, also we can notify them about our coming up events or trading hours, also we can fix customers' problem on the spot without bothering customer service, so many tools we can use and I am loving it. Personally without a doubt Goody card is the best investment for hospitality businesses, if someone disagrees with my humble opinion they shouldn't be working in hospitality industry.
I cannot think of anything I don't like, (Something I didn't like it now, why I have to write minimum for 40 characters for this section especially person like me I don't have anything not to like) lol
I already recommended a few businesses in my area and some of them already signed up with Goody and we received voucher to spend with the rest of the team members, thanks you so much for your generosity again
I personally love dealing with customer service ladies and gentlemen, they are very good looking, kind, helpful, responsive and attentive. I wish more people in hospitality industry like them, in fact they should teach how to have a can do attitude and problem solver skilled people.
The Goody loyalty program has really been a game changer for our business. It has help grow our business profile exponentially as customers are eager to be part of such a great loyalty program!
The system is easy to use for customers and staff alike.
On occasion the system have gone offline making it hard for customers to scan their cards but really this has only happened a handful of times so no biggy.
This is a good system - easy to set up with minimum help and customers love it.
The system is great in the sense that it captures data like email addresses and of course names of customers which is helpful in determining how your business have grown over the last year. I like the stats aspect of the program.
The goody platform has enabled my independent small business to quickly establish a clean digital client database. The benefit is that I can efficiently communicate with clients, inform them of what's happening in our place and share with them some of our benefits and rewards.
I would be good to have an interface with my retail software. I use Toniq a pharmacy system, For transactional activity, PosBoss for cafe ordering (only) and timely for beauty Spa booking only. While I recognise that my operation is unique in its operation. I wonder if the platform could receive a "ping" from my other platforms even to register a $ amount spent that triggers a request for goody client registration.
If you want to quickly establish a user friendly customer data base then use Goody.

I find that goody is a perfect paperless loyalty system for my customers. Easy for young and old because of email logins people do not have to hang on to their card.
I'd like to have free access to the email database. I know it is available if I ask, but I'd like to be able to get the emails of certain groups. I'm more interested in offering regulars special benefits than bringing back people after six months of no visits.
Goody is truly powerful enough to drive sales as long as you use all functions available.
We've done away with file cards which is amazing.
That you could get a free coffee after signing up and also you can use your points for free coffee's
