"Life Changing Tool"
What do you like best about GoodTime?

It's user-friendly, providing an excellent experience for candidates and recruitment coordinators (RCs). It's a versatile tool that can be used for candidates worldwide, streamlining the coordinator's role and reducing manual work. The customer support is exceptional, promptly resolving any issues or investigating them thoroughly and providing interim solutions. The features are fantastic, allowing us to easily update, reschedule, and cancel interviews without relying on trackers. The reporting capabilities are also impressive, enabling us to create customized pivot tables and track important metrics. It's a valuable tool for measuring the effectiveness of the recruitment team. I rely on GoodTime daily, and I believe it's truly transformative for both recruitment coordinators and recruiters, enhancing the candidate experience and simplifying the interview process, particularly when dealing with different time zones.

What do you dislike about GoodTime?

I have a suggestion for improvement regarding the reschedule data on the insights tab. Currently, it appears to be messy and not well-organized. It would greatly benefit from some enhancements to provide more meaningful and streamlined information.

Additionally, I've noticed some inconsistency in the flagging of declines to the RCs. There are instances when I receive the decline notifications in my inbox, but other times I do not. This inconsistency is also reflected in the dashboard, where sometimes declines are flagged, while other times they are not. It would be beneficial to address this inconsistency to ensure that all important notifications are consistently delivered to the relevant parties.

What do you like best about GoodTime?

GoodTime is a tool I use every single day in my role, I've now used it in two different tech companies and what I love about it is how easy it is to become really proficient at utilising it quickly. When you're trying to juggle hundreds of candidates throughout a busy recruiting drive, GT's dashboard provides excellent visibility for an RC to quickly view declines, conflicts and confirmed interviews. GT makes the process of training new interviewers up through it's interview shadowing functionality, and it also keeps me mindful of not overloading any one interviewer because I can clearly see everyone's weekly limits etc. Any time I have an issue with GT, the chat function is an excellent way to quickly solve my problems!

I was such a big fan of GoodTime, when I heard that HubSpot was using the tool it genuinely influenced my decision to join when compared to other offers I was considering :)

What do you dislike about GoodTime?

I think this one would actually be a quick fix. A lot of my interviewer panels are based in Europe, and a lot of their names contain diacritics / accents. When I type the name Helen into GT, it won't automatically find the interviewer I'm looking for whose actual name is Hélèn. But when I type the name into my Google Calendar it comes up without adding the accents.

If GT could look into this and resolve it would really save time and be appreciated :)

We have experienced some issues regarding seeing interview declines immediately on our Dashboards, but GT has ensured us that additional manual updates will be provided so that we can get more consistent visibility throughout the working day.

What do you like best about GoodTime?

In my role as a coordinator, efficiency is key. Goodtime has optimized our workflow by providing a helping hand in automation of scheduling. It has eliminated much of the back-and-forth typically associated with finding suitable meeting times. In my daily use of Goodtime, I appreciate the customization option for templates and scheduling soltions as well as the reliable customer support provided via live chat or email.

What do you dislike about GoodTime?

Some of the feautures that roll out will occassionally contain bugs.However, the Goodtime team does address these hiccups quickly and allow for candidate's to follow the resolution status. In my experience, the way Goodtime handles bugs is a testament to their commitment to user satisfaction and continuous improvement.

What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the challenges I faced when scheduling manually was the time-consuming task of aligning candidate and interviewer schedules, often resulting in delays. GoodTime's automation to search for schedulg options has been a game-changer, effortlessly proposing optimal meeting times and minimizing scheduling conflict.

Effective algorithm for schedulling candidates with multiple interviewers across multiple days.

What do you dislike about GoodTime?

When I need to clear out unresponsive candidates from my queue I have to select and cancel each candidate's interview profile one-by-one instaed of being able to select multiple (in bulk) to delete.

What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling large interview loops (5+ interviewers back to back) for a single candidate with limited availability. GT is highley effect at find compatible times and offering a variety of multi-day interview scheduling options.

I like that GoodTime suggest availability of the interviewers by sync it from their GC

I would change the settings for trainees (they can be added comfortable via "Training" section - so if the organization is big and have a lot of users, it would be great to have that "training section" divided to each user

-Lately, it has had a lot of glitches - I appreciate they're trying to release a lot of new features, and the system is down sometimes, but it has been very disturbing for the last few months, which made us had to schedule multiple interviews manually

It's a little overwhelming to learn at first. I have everything set up now and have the hang of the typical features I use on a daily basis, but I know there are things I've not yet learned about GT- I'm just nervous to play around because I don't want to mess up anything.

What do you like best about GoodTime?

The connection to Google Calendar makes it so so much easier for RCs on my team to quickly and easily know that they are making the best scheduling decisions for the business.

What do you dislike about GoodTime?

Some button clicking is difficult sometimes; from time to time, I need to go back and double-check/double click something to make sure it goes through

What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is now so much faster to get my team to schedule complicated panels with candidates. I also don't worry about Zoom links anymore, as those are always correct. GoodTime has made it possible to expand our team and keep our results trending up month over month.

What do you like best about GoodTime?

The integrations with our ATS make it seamless to schedule and sync interviews. Candidates love the personalization and often times when we get on a call with them they talk about how cool their scheduling experience is was with GoodTime. The branding that you can set with GoodTime helps show your company's personality and makes it feel like it isn't just some boring, standard tool.

The GoodTime team is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have and they are awesome when it comes to onboarding new employees we hire on how to use the tool. They've been friendly, helpful, and informative.

What do you dislike about GoodTime?

There can be a lot to set up initially which can be a bit of a task, however, once everything is set up it is WELL worth it! There's not a whole lot to dislike about the tool. Rarely there are some outages but it hasn't interrupted our use as it's usually after business ours. The GoodTime team is quick to communicate about any issues.

Recommendations to others considering GoodTime:

For those looking to use GoodTime, I would suggest making sure your team is trained sooner rather than later as it's a huge time saver. Additionally, make sure you use templates and set up everything accordingly.

What problems is GoodTime solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've been able to cut our schedule time at least in half by using GoodTime as a tool. We've realized that we can free up our time to do high-priority tasks by using GoodTime to schedule. Often times you may not have the full need to hire a coordinated but you're stuck in the position of recruiters spending too much time with complex scheduling. GoodTime solves for this by providing a relatively low-cost solution and letting recruiters do what they do best, recruit.
