We are an event design company, who at any time can have multiple events going on. Knowing what is in our inventory is crucial. If we oversell an item, then we know upfront that we either need to find an alternative or purchase additional items.

the fact that we can create an online brochure with images and good design without needing a design team is a huge benefit here. customer proposal with a quote & attractive images makes our offers stand out in their inbox. from where we belong, people barely focus on the good looks of a proposal, so yeah. makes us look professional

as we haven't used it in depth or on a large scale operation. most things are sufficient. the only thing we would have greatly benefitted from would be more email templates

just jump right in if you are a small business and mostly have to showcase your offerings to clients.

Overall I don't found anything which I don't like about this product, but It would be a cherry on the cake if we could have more customizability of auto emails and email templates.

We are getting more organized using this tool, as each member can log into their user and see what is going on in real-time. The pictorial view of inventory and ability to add the location is just amazing that makes it easy to use for us.

This software is decent, but do not use this software. This is going to be a very honest review because I do not want ANYONE else to go through the TERRIBLE experience me and my team went through. After spending 6 months to analyze and research the best fit company, we chose Good Shuffle because it seemed like their support team was really on it. They emailed us daily, asking us if we were ready to sign on. And although, I knew they were trying to get a sale out of us, I did like the attention and led me to believe if there were issues while using the software, I would always have someone to call.

Oh boy, was I wrong. After signing up and processing my first transaction, I found out that, they charge 3.15% on transactions, not 2.9% like I was told when signing up. Then, when I approached their support team about this matter, they explained that this is their "pay out" fee.
