The customer support provided by GoodData is awesome, enabling us to get most out of their analytics platform with its responsieve team and their willingness to provide limitless support.

With my experience with GoodData, I observed it may somewhere limiting to allow direct access of databases.

To sync and connect data bases or data modules from other data sources like azure SQL etc., AI data analysis after once data is fetched. Customization of dashboards. And data modeling building with AI.

As per my experience using it for long time nothing to as such highlights. From documentation to the database integration and connecting data sources all went smooth.

As an admin, its benefiting us to provide data analysis and business integration for clients data and customer data.

The learning curve during the setup is quite challenging. Setting up multi-tenanted environments is not yet streamlined. It would be beneficial to have ready-made templates, akin to Good Data's Blocks, specifically designed for multi-tenanted users. This way, users could extend functionality without starting from scratch, easing the learning journey.

Meeting our customers' reporting needs is challenging to standardize, given that different businesses require distinct intelligence from the same datasets. GoodData enables us to provide essential toolkits, empowering customers to self-service their data needs.

Unique structured research for analyst PMs etc to stay on top of current trends, news and movements in my specific area.

None to say. Perhaps engaging with users more frequently to define needs based on users profile and reads. It could already be in place - just a thought

It helps for reports generation and dashboard reports for design making for the business. And helpful for large and medium size organizations

We can not be 100% independent (self-service)

It is not possible to keep the settings of the filters. They will reset every time you move to another dashboard.

Not possible to have both YoY and PoP simultaneously for benchmarking.

Re-deploy or reinsert is very difficult. If we miss some data, and next day again we need to remove old data and insert new one, process is difficult. Also this need to available on AWS

Quick report and 3 diemntional graphs

Easy to create groups of information and consolidate in strategic graphics for decision making. The graphics created by my company helped eliminate some spreadsheets to process and understand all the sales information in my sales portfolio.

I noticed that the information is updated from one day to the next and not in real time. I involved the people in the dashboard development area and they commented that this detail is part of the gooddata technical architecture structure and there is no way to update it in real time.

Facilitating the understanding of the sales I make in the company, I have in my portfolio 2 lines of products and 3 lines of services and the creation of dashboards helped to eliminate spreadsheets and various controls.
