The best thing that I like about gong is that it helps me in listening to my own calls. It ensures that I better the calls each time. Also, it has a feature for my TL to review and leave comments
I think the only thing that I dislike is that I can't listen to the calls right away as soon as I take them.
It is solving the problems like it helps me understand what I've pitched on the call as it is not quite possible for me all the times that I can remember what is being said or pitched.

At the beginning, I was reluctant to have my meetings recorded, but now I don't want to have a meeting without Gong. It allows to review any detail from the call that I may have missed also share it with other team members who are following the negotiation. As it's transcripted, it helps to go straight to the point when quickly reviewing a call. Eg. I remember the client said to contact him after a certain date because he was going on vacation, but I can't remember his return date. I just have to go to the transcript and type "vacation" and gong will take me to the part of the conversation when he mentioned that.
It would be great to see everyone who has been in the meeting in the recording and not only the speaker.
As a sales person I was able to review meetings after I had them to add information I didn't get to take notes of. As I'm not working in my native language this is super useful to review details that I couldn't get the first time the client mentioned them. The transcript also helps with this.
Another benefit was being able to share the complete interview instead of just biased notes with a colleague who is involved in next steps of the negotiation. So the following meetings start with "my colleague is fully aware of what we've discussed before, so we don't need to go through that again" = amazing selling experience!
I'm able to review my own meetings and look for things to improve for next meetings. I can see my colleague's meetings and learn best practices from others, check how they handle objections and more, so it's a great way to improving sales meetings.
The automatic recorder, the ability to easily snip my calls, share them internally and customize how long external folks can access the recording. Super easy integration with Google calendar that we use as well.

Recordings are clear and I always hear the calls when i have a review call, recordings are listed as per the dates which is a very good thing. You can always look back at recordings when needed.
Sometime few words are missing in the recording not sure if its because of the network or issue with gong. I guess this is the only issue that I see with gong currently.

Recently, one of my most loved features is the ability to give and request feedback from teammates. It's easy to share a call and they can leave their feedback with timestamps. This is great because it gives you the context of the feedback, allowing you to communicate your thoughts in a sussinct and easy way.
Sometimes the calls have a long delay before getting delivered to your inbox. Occasionally I send over call recording to my customers so having it delivered in a timely manner is important to me.

Gong makes building call libraries easy! When onboarding, this is beyond helpful. Before Gong I was doing this manually. With Gong, I can search on keywords, isolate snippets, and create scorecards to use in specific scenarios at specific times to capitalize on the area of focus or opportunity for any person on my team. It makes it easy to work with larger teams and scale teams as well. The alert emails tell you everything from missed opportunities, strong calls, to what you're missing in your pipeline (what you don't want to miss) . The technology is great, but what's truly special about Gong is their team and their commitment to your success. I've had team members brainstorm my team goal challenges, which is completely outside of their objective to teach me how to use the tool. You can't go wrong with this company - So much to love!
There isn't a lot I dislike about Gong. The transcripts sometimes pick up phonetic words which don't make sense singularly, but collectively it's fine. I just don't see how any sales team can be as effective without it.

Gong has literally everything you need. My favorite feature is the live listening feature. This is super helpful for someone like myself who manages multiple team members, and constantly needs to listen on their live calls to give feedback.
Can't think of much, it's my favorite tool in our tech stack by far. The only thing I can think about is the cost, it is a bit high on our organization, but the value is there.
It solves my forecasting issues with the ability to sync with SalesForce Additionally, it helps me review all of my previous sales calls and leave myelf and my teammates notes.
