I like it's simplicity and ease. It's very visual and helps create the full picuture for a large organization.

The reporting aspect can be a little confusing.

Gemini has been a fantastic tool for getting all of our people-related data into one centralized system. We no longer have to reference multiple spreadsheets or build manual org charts to have headcount planning discussions. It has benefited us to incorporate open roles and the current headcount to see how different changes will impact our organizational plan. Their team consistently seeks customer feedback and shares what is on the roadmap. They constantly roll out new features and respond the same day, usually within the hour, for any concerns. If we ever have any problems with the platform, typically just user error, their team responds the same day and usually has a resolution within that day!

I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike. Most user enhancements I recommend are usually always on their road map. They roll out new features regularly, and it is so helpful. Their sense of urgency with improvements is better than any software I have ever used.

Finally, we don't have to reference ten spreadsheets for headcount planning, organizational charts, organization designs, etc. We finally have a singular point of reference for all talent in our organization!

In a matter of minutes, I was able to download the information necessary to get my organization's org charts up and running on the Gemini website. In addition, they offered a fair price and excellent customer service. They have been very helpful in getting us up and running

The standard template is long but there are a minimum of required fields so it's not too difficult to manage.

With a simple file transfer Gemini is providing professional looking org charts that are easily downloaded to PowerPoint or Word. It's a great looking product too and the summary data provides an excellent way to view our population, graphically.

Eliminating the spreadsheet nightmare is critical for any business. Having one view to manage my people data from all disparate systems is a must. The User Experience just keeps getting better.

The initial set of reporting was ok, but I needed more. The Gemini team continues to make the experience better with a focus on reports, and analytics is critical. Having this right in the app vs another spreadsheet view was a significant improvement.

Gemini is the one place to view all of my employee data. Not having to remember 5 passwords, which system has the data I need, and a simplified user experience have been the real benefit.

Gemini provides some seriously amazing insights into my cross-functional org. I've used other people management software, and nothing can touch the visualizations that Gemini offers. If you have a 100% remote or hybrid workforce, the ability to see where your people are located on a map is incredibly valuable.

The out-of-the-box reports are quite good, but I'd love the ability to pull data via API into my analytics solution so I can manipulate on my own.

Managing a 100% remote workforce is particularly challenging, but Gemini allows us to visualize not only where people are physically located, but where we have gaps in skills across geographies, departments, and cross-functional teams.

Intuitive and easy to use. The interface is user-friendly and attractive.

I would like better reporting capabilities

Integration with third party software and accounting systems is great.

Gemini is a platform that's unlike other org software that I've used. It's easy to navigate and provides org visibility in multiple formats to show exactly what you need to see without doing manual work to see it. The scenario planning tool is incredibly helpful for working on potential org structure changes or movements. We've only received positive feedback from team members that are using the platform.

In addition to being a great product, the Gemini team has been fantastic to work with as they welcome feedback and put our needs into action through product enhancements and new features. They ask the right questions, help our team strategize, and are quick to provide solutions.

Overall we are very satisfied with the product. There are a couple of features that we're still hoping to see, but those items are on the roadmap to be developed.

One of the biggest problems that we've solved is reducing manual work for our HR team. When we need to see and compare org data, it's easy to get exactly what we need without pulling and manipulating reports.

Gemini team is so helpful and always attentive, and quick to respond. They are always trying to make the system better and working alongside us.

So manual work to get things in the system but trying to get it automatic.

We are working on getting our Core Matrix into Gemini. They have had many meetings with us to get this working.

Gemini provides organisational visibility for all employees. Managers save time and are aided in making better decisions by powerful, yet easy to use planning and analytics tools. No need to jump out to spreadsheets or other documents to work analysis manually.

The tool was very easy to navigate and loved the drag and drop feature. I also loved that the Gemini team, specifically London went above and beyond to support us. She was very responsive and answered all our questions with such grace.

I wish that when we benched all of the roles (there is a way to track who used to hold those positions).

It helped us solve what the appropriate org structure (leveling, span and layers) will be for our team while mainting budget.
