What do you like best about GoCRM?

Since GOCRM, the productivity of each salesperson has went up ! the csv import helps a lot

What do you dislike about GoCRM?

we cannot import contacts from google contacts, which is the primary source of contact data for us.

What problems is GoCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Built in call feature is a savior, helps cut costs and improves quality.
