GoCodes Asset Management has many advantages, it's practically perfect, there's not much to improve, I think companies need to know more about this tool, maybe better dissemination of the tool.

I use GoCodes Asset Management, mainly to manage the sales process of our goods, control the magnetic labels of our products. this tool helps to find all products.

What do you like best about GoCodes Asset Management?

This web based tool allows us additional functionalities such as tracking asset location (through Google maps) and leaving the messages for every single asset while it`s in scaning process. Gocodes allows users to define their assets as they want.

What do you dislike about GoCodes Asset Management?

Customization of reports can be better. Please improve this section in future.

I have been using Gocodes system more than three years and I am very satisfied. It has all we need for the rental sector we operate. It is a fully customizable tool for tracking our assets since we set our group of products, so it could be used in other area.

It is getting overly complex with some un-necessary features which is making it too expensive for the basic needs of some businesses. Our price is now almost double for the same basic usage

Easier to plan on the go because you can find out exactly where a specific item should be so it can be picked up

Great software, performs as advertised.

Ease of use via browser or mobile app. Provides the features we need without a bunch of extra features that would drive price up.

What do you dislike about GoCodes Asset Management?

Very minor, but would like ability to create custom asset tags. But their packages of pre made tags meet our needs.

Make use of the trial, ask questions.

What problems is GoCodes Asset Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Inventory was originally kept in an Access DB, but it was neglected. GoCodes has allowed us to quickly create an up-to-date inventory and begin adding historical data in less than a months time.

Bit Pricy, Low resolution photos, can't seem to add more than one photo.

Higher Resolution photos. more photos. Use camera to read Serial numbers and tags.
