This has helped us streamline our paper processes ad automate them. As we continue to roll this out, we should experience some signifincat ROI in terms of overtime labor and days sales outstanding as we are able to see/collect infomation much quicker.

Customer support has been a huge help when we run into any obstacles and they are quick to repsond.

It's a bit pricier than some of the alternatives on the market but with the right implementaiton strategy, the ROI is there.

We are going from being very paper heavy int eh field to being as paperless as possible. This allows us to streamline just aout every aspect of our business from customer communication and satisfaction to billing much faster then prevously.

For someone who has zero technical skills, it is easy to navigate through the App and when needed, I get timely and friendly support from the team!

Based on the purpose for which we use Go Canvass, the per-user licensing structure doesn't justify the cost - benefit.

I like how thorough the application is. It makes me understand how to navigate through it.

I would say the only thing that I don't use is the calendar view of scheduling, I just change it to list view every time.

I don't have any problems now, but I know I can contact anyone to assist me.

GoCanvas and it's integration team has helped me develop a service app that works with my business software and saves so much time by allowing us to import the technician's time and parts into our invoices. We are always developing new apps to help our sales and service departments.

I wish they had the online tech support chat available like they used to. It was very beneficial to me when I just had a quick question that I could ask and move on. Now I have to make a ticket, submit it or call someone and wait for a call back. The online chat was GREAT!

I watched a few tutorials, and it was easy to apply. Drag and click to design forms. Image capture and signature input was a feature I needed to build my new online application.

I did not find any dislikes in using this software. It was easy to apply and create ideas needed to make my reports and online applications. I will recommend this to my boss in my next meeting.

I like how GoCanvas integrates features that are easy to use for people like me that are not familiar with these tech kind of things. It’s easy to customize the apps according to what I need to do and digitize the forms.

Adding GPS and e-signatures has been an extremely helpful thing for me as well as being able to search all the data with its amazing features that can track any information from day one of from years ago. It’s easy to build a calendar and organize all the assignments that need to be done and supervised for approval. Creating tickets is also very easy, and we can do things that we previously had to do by hand.

GoCanvas has just simply made our work easier. Starting from the fact that its interface is easy to use and does not require previous training, to the fact that it has improved our workflow and our ticketing and billing system. Working on a digital way has become somewhat of a necessity, and we can trust GoCanvas to store our data for us without fearing that it will suddenly get lost or deleted. It’s the fact that this program is reliable the reason why I like it so much. We can work on things that can replace our old ways of creating and storing inventory while not having any repercussions.
