I wish they had the online tech support chat available like they used to. It was very beneficial to me when I just had a quick question that I could ask and move on. Now I have to make a ticket, submit it or call someone and wait for a call back. The online chat was GREAT!

It’s easy to build a calendar and organize all the assignments that need to be done and supervised for approval. Creating tickets is also very easy, and we can do things that we previously had to do by hand.
