GoBrunch definately lives up to it's reputation of making virtual spaces fun, creative, and as close as possible to really being there! And the support is supurb!
The only downside I can imagine is that the GoBrunch platform is so unique that people need to take the time use it in order to grasp the full benefits and potential.
As a counselor GoBrunch helps me to establish and nurture a community of people and a space for them to connect with each other, grow, and learn something new.
The feeling of closeness and the infinite options you have to be closer to a 3D
The login option with username and password is missing
The boring feeling of just zooming with gobrunch is so much more fun for my clients
The versatility of GoBrunch’s platform is truly impressive. It caters to a vast spectrum of needs, many of which far exceeded our expectations. The freedom it offers to personalise and create a unique space that aligns with our brand image and style is a distinctive feature we absolutely loved. It’s clear that the platform has been designed with a deep understanding of user needs and holds immense potential.
During our initial use of the platform, we encountered a few technical issues. One of our tech-savvy guests was unable to join a scheduled meeting on time due to being stuck in a non-existent “lobby”, which caused a delay. Further into the session, we faced difficulties when our guest tried to share a PDF document, but system limitations prevented success. The same guest was also disconnected from the meeting multiple times, and there were instances of random muting, hampering effective communication. Additionally, we came across several glitches throughout the session.
However, upon sharing this feedback with the CEO of GoBrunch, Richard Lowenthal, we received an immediate response. They assured us that they had already addressed the ‘lounge’ issue and improved several points that we mentioned. We appreciate their prompt attention to feedback and their commitment to continuous improvement.
GoBrunch solves several problems for us. Firstly, it provides a versatile platform that caters to a wide range of needs, allowing us to create a unique space that aligns with our brand and style. This level of customization is beneficial as it helps us maintain a consistent and professional image during online meetings and sessions.
Additionally, GoBrunch offers features that enable seamless collaboration and communication during virtual sessions. Despite encountering some technical issues, the platform’s potential to facilitate interactive discussions and document sharing is evident.
By using GoBrunch, we conduct virtual meetings and engage with clients regardless of their physical location. This flexibility is particularly valuable in today’s remote work environment and allows us to save time and resources that would otherwise be spent on travel, all while expanding our reach. As a virtual business that provides online services, this level of flexibility and efficiency is crucial for us to effectively connect with our clients and deliver our services seamlessly.
I've used a variety of webinar, event, and meeting tools. Then a friend suggested Gobrunch to me, but when I initially saw the screenshots of their webinars, I wasn't impressed. I thought, "Meh, I'll never use a tool with graphics and interface like that." However, I decided to give it a try anyway. And I must say, GoBrunch is truly one-of-a-kind. Unlike other tools with numerous competitors, GoBrunch stands out as a truly unique option. Its founder, Richard, is an amazing person who is actively involved and down-to-earth. Their customer support is exceptional, and they have a fun way of educating their customers about their product.
I wouldn't say I dislike it, but there are a few issues that they need to address. One of them is the lack of a payment feature for sessions. However, I've heard that they are planning to introduce a payment solution soon. And they should work on enhancing the registration process for better email collection from our participants.
Designing a workspace that enables both education and entertainment for your audience has always posed a challenge. However, Gobrunch offers a unique solution that sparks conversations about you and your services. This, in turn, creates a word-of-mouth effect, amplifying your impact.
It's ingenuity, having the options to customize and personalize Reims according to our specific needs which lead to a really amazing interiors and enhanced user experience unlike any other online meeting experience.
The changes we do to the room and any action we make to do any setting takes a while to take effect and we need to disappear for a bit.
I have been using it for a regular club meeting with 7-16 people and every time there is still a little glitch or one participant wouldn't be able to turn their camera/mic or something else. And the only way to fix it sometimes is to log out and log back in, and sometimes repeatedly, which is highly inconvenient.
As a primary zoom user (3-4 meetings a week) it alleviates the zoom fatigue and lack of control in making the virtual space pleasing or more conducive or more fun to use. In particular, I don't like that when the people are not turning their video on, they're just rows of impersonal black squares whose presence are negligible as if they're not there. so I like that with GoBrunch we can situate people around the room and they have an avatar even if they don't turn on their camera, and the best thing we all have the same view of where they are the whole time unless they move themselves, unlike in zoom where my view of the the audience would be different from someone else's view. This is big as we can call people in the same order and also this way it feels like people are actually in the room sitting somewhere. I find this brilliant about GoBrunch although they're not the first to have this functionality. But they keep developing it and listening to the user's input very seriously.
Creating Circles - essential for me: working with Teams/Groups, Open Space, World Café and more - Circles give me a lot of group dynamic options - the freedom of creating forms of collaboration - a GoBrunch USP. I can combine Coworking Spaces - a world of asynchron working possibilities - for any organizations, communities and networks.
No downsides til now - after 4 months - could start immediately working.
Coaching Individuals & Teams, leading conflict workshops, giving everybody a voice in different but connected workspaces and rooms for teaching in form of inverted classroom, conversations and discussions often need circles - it's so easy to create and work in GoBrunch.
That I'm able to create space for my community in all capacity for business needs
I'm able to set up my communities accordingly as needed for the effectiveness of interacting virtually.
The ability to provide products and services with this virtual space.
The features and the service support (Richard's committment to GoBrunch comes through in all areas) are what do it for me. There is nothing close as far as the build goes, it's something really different.
I really can't identify anything. If I had to offer feedback, yes, I would love to see Web3 bridging capability where I could do events in the SanBox, Otherside and other metaverses where the avatars could attend. But, who knows...I probably can do it know.
Atmosphere and presentation modes are central to anyone committed to creating a distinct learning or business environment. GoBrunch does solve the "sameness look" by allowing functions and features to differentiate you space, as you see fit.
Gobrunch Community Platform is a great tool for managing and organizing your community. It has a user-friendly interface and is easy to use. The platform has a lot of features, such as the ability to manage posts, comments. It also has a forum system that allows users to communicate with each other. Overall, Gobrunch Community Platform is an excellent tool for managing and organizing your community.
It is not in German. I am missing German Language, so that I can use it for everybody, who lives in Germany and not only for German people who can speak English.
GoBrunch is solving the problem of limited interactivity and engagement in traditional webinars by providing a platform that allows for real-time collaboration and interaction between presenters and attendees. This benefits me by providing a more engaging and interactive learning experience, as well as the ability to network and connect with other professionals in my field.

Ease of use and the flexibility to shape and reshape the rooms. It gives the impression of a high-class meeting and people feel really at ease and great! People say that it changes from Zoom!
What I dislike most is the Whitelabel which is not yet complete. It would be good to have our brand everywhere, which is not yet the case. Some integrations would be good too.
Creating a sense of being together helps the participation of everybody. We are really like in a real same room and so people participate more instead of leaving some to talk while others don't seem concerned. We have seen more productivity through the participation of all members.
