It clearly shows insurance information for each employee.

I do not have anything really to share that I dislike.

Making insurance information easier to view and understand, which saves me time.

It is easy to see all available options for your team as well as track who has completed the enrollment and who has not.

It does not alert you when someone is newly elgible.

Ease of the platform. The platform is user-friendly and easily manageable for the beginner. The tabs for 'new hires' 'reports' 'administration' etc. are extremely identifiable and comprehensive. Health, vision and dental, along with policy numbers are identifiable in one easy screen and eligible employees are also easily identifiable.

Reports tab has monthly premium, enrollment and payroll tabs - both for ease of identifying necessary and pertinent information with a quick push of a button or glance.

I really appreciated how quick to respond John and Brittney were, and how available they are as I have questions. The team is very knowledgeable about the system and the site is very user-friendly!

I can't think of anything that I dione about Go Benefits, the system is integrated with our payroll system and very user- friendly. The rates they found is for healthcare were also very good!

What I find best about using GoBenefits has been the hands-on and custom support I have received as a small business owner trying to scale my company. I am very much an owner that knows what he knows and defers to specialists for what I don't - and understanding how to properly set up and offer health insurance to my employees that are affordable and comprehensive was one of those things I didn't know how to do. GoBenefits and specifically the owner, John Pask, walked me through the whole process and has consistently provided concierge-like handling of our questions and needs as our health benefits needs continue to grow as our company grows.

The pricing of insurance increases every year. However, I don't believe that is Go benefits fault

I like the platform. My employees can easily select their benefit offerings. I can give them accurate information so they can make the right decision. My sales Rep John was there when I needed him. He set up our platform to make things simple. My staff is very pleased as am I, with its ease of use.
