Clients will absolutely LOVE the online booking feature. It's absolutely the easiest in the business for them. The app itself is so user friendly and easy to use. Low rates all the way around make it a no brainer for soloprenuers.

There are occasional bugs in the software, but they are constantly working to improve them. The customer service used to text within an hour or two, but it has slowly gotten to where it will take 2-3 days to receive a response.

The online booking feature for clients is hands down the best in the business. They have a feature where you can submit ideas for when they are upgrading the software. And spoiler alert! They ACTUALLY listen and try and implement these features.

I like the fact that it's everything you need in a site and super easy to use for yourself and clients.

I would like if they offered more features.

GlossGenius is sooooo easy to use! They give you a run-through on everything and are quick to answer any questions I've had so far!

Sometimes it doesn't run when other apps are open.

My clients can book online, which is amazing! I can add notes and pictures for references as well!
