I miss a little more explanation when it says that you are in a blocklist. It is a high or low impact blocklist.

I have to worry about the result of my audit.

The list of mail servers you test on is fine, but I don't understand the Office 365 ones. Are you referring to the Microsoft company filter?

Get an idea of the status of the deliverability and reputation of our IP or domain.

ESP tools do not give you this important information

I will start by saying that I only used the free product; I did not pay for this service. It is very thorough in testing email delivery issues. It was the only free product to figure out what I was doing wrong with my SPF record.

The reports are very detailed and easy to understand at the same time. It was great to be able to test multiple email recipients.

They allow up to 3 reports for free which were sufficient for me to figure out the issue.

There were no downsides to the free product that I used.

My problem was email delivery issues. My emails were going to spam and getting blocked by email providers. The email delivery issues were resolved using this product.

They have great tools to use to ensure my deliverability.

Glockapps is a nice app that will help you with important reports regarding your deliverability.

Providing reports about my deliverability and blacklisting. I had also problems setting up my account and they helped me.

User friendly interface, informative reports, content analysis, improvement suggestions, reasonable price for "pay-as-you-go" plan (which I use), prompt answer to questions via live chat.

In general product totally satisfy my needs, at least that part of it , which I use. So no downside so far.

If you are interested to know where your marketing campaign of even ordinary emails are landing, and wish to improve deliverability by playing with content and comparing previous and next results than this product will be very very useful for you

We use the Glockapps suite to monitor email IP blacklist activity, DMARC, SPF, and DKIM and utilize the automatic testing feature. I appreciate the real-time email alerting.

Although the toolset is certaintly worth the price, customer service could be a bit better. It's difficult to reach a human by phone. Calls go to an answering machine.

Glock Apps gives you insights about the likelihood of an email passing the spam filters, the software allows you to send test emails to the main email providers and track in which one of them your email inboxed or landed in spam, you also get a sender score for reference, it analyses content, which detects coding or spam words affecting your deliverability, you can monitor your IP to see if you're black listed anywhere giving you have an idea of what your IP sending reputation looks like, not to mention you can validate your domain authentication. Another good thing is you can fully automate some of these tests.

It's not completely meant for the average user, you need to have some background knowledge to set it up and take full advantage of this platform.

I test templates through the spam filters before I send them, I monitor my IP and double-check that all my domains are fully authenticated and validated.

GlockApps provides multiple way and levels for monitoring and testing email addresses. This essential need is due to inbox placement challenges as the inbox providers continue to change the rules we must email by. Glockapps helps to keep up to date on authentication and the effectiveness of content from spf, dkim and dmarc monitoring to list testing.

No so much as a 'dislike' as it is more a 'wish list'. There are a number of ways that GlockApps could add testing and analysis to it's already good base which will allow seedlist testing etc.

Clients need to know that their emails are getting to their clients and prospects inbox provider main inbox. This can't be accomplished without testing and monitoring, which GlockApps provides the means to do.

GlockApps is a place where you can check deliver-ability of email on various servers that is usually lacking in other platforms.

To start on with, You need to create an account and select the regions and respective servers where you want your email to get delivered. In next step you will find list of server email id's where you want to check you email. This is an interesting part as it gives us confidence as we can see the regions for which we are verifying the email content.

( A catch here is that you need to insert a little string to your email body, which you can hide for other users while sending the mail out)

Finally, The reports, they are exceptional. It gives you everything from the overall score to the status on each server you selected. It will clearly mention whether your email will be delivered or not and if yes then in inbox or in Junk/spam. Apart from these, it also gives you details of time taken by the mail to reach a particular server.

The users might get confused while selecting the server if he/she is new to email marketing. Some details about it must be shared. Also details pertaining elements of a report will be helpful.
