GlobalMeet makes it easy to provide CPE credit to webcast attendees. It's really easy to use and super intuitive. The support team is also very responsive and always there to help.
There are some issues with connectivity that our clients have complained about.
We hold sponsored webcasts twice a week that provide CPE credit to 400+ people and it sends out each personalized certificate to each person.

GlobalMeet is a wonderful product. I love the Ease of Use, and how both the audience and speakers 99% have a flawless experience during webinars. I also enjoy how easy it is to build events and facilitate them. If I do have any questions, their Customer Support is great. They usually get back to me fairly quickly and I really appreciate this. I feel like I have a true partner who takes the time to understand our needs as a B2B publisher.
Some features do take a long time to launch on their roadmap and sometimes do not have a definitive rollout date. I do understand that there are priorities that need to be weighted but I do hope that there's more insights into feature rollouts.
Connectivity issues when companies have firewalls such as banks and security companies. Closed captioning and additional accessibility options. UI and player refreshes have been great as well.
What are like most about Global meet are our account managers. We have worked with some smart, hard working, and all around good people.
Some of the backend techs could use a bit more training.
We can now host our webinars on line and reach a wider audience. Especially people overseas.
The support team is great, they answer questions promptly and the webinar tool its self is easy to use.

I wish that I was assigned the same producer for each event. Producers are prepared but feel the need to review our prferences so I am confident that the event will run as expected. It does 99% of the time.
Efficiently and reliably delivers live and archived continuing medical education programs to our subscribers. Learners are able to register and complete pre-event surveys (Pretests). Event reporting is easy and fast.
The team includes a tech team and a regional support team led by the account manager, John Bortscheller, who collaborate and communicate seamlessly to be able to create high-quality events. The team listened attentively to our requests and acted professionally to deliver the event. Ultimately, we were able to increase the number of attendees every year, significantly exceeding the company's previous record.

To be able to hold virtual conferences with speakers joining from different regions, such as APAC, US, and EMEA. For in-person events, from the T&E perspective, it would be impossible for everyone from the world to get together to hold a conference.

The platform is terrific -- we should know as we have used them eight times. In May 2020 when we had to do a quick pivot during the early days of the pandemic we researched a number of companies and found GlobalMeet was best to meet our needs to present a pre-recorded video, as well as a viewer-directed slide show and a number of leavebehinds.
They were supportive every step of the way -- and we developed a program that our viewers have called "the best publishing presentation that they have seen."
There were no hiccups. No freezing screens. No awkward moments. When we needed to change things on the fly, they were there to work with us.
