Data reporting in Tablaeu is great, instantly seeing the word count and TM leverage of a submission is amazing, and the best part is the in context reviewing of translations.
User roles and permissions are overly complicated. This leads to an extended amount of time to learn how to manage your submissions.

This is my third time attending GL Next. Outstanding experience! Well organized, interesting content, fabulous venue, but above all, the TransPerfect people! Everyone is so welcoming, so friendly, so knowledgeable of their products, and so open to listen and find ways to help with your specific needs.

The time between sessions was sometimes a bit short - one session on the second day ended at 12pm and the next session started at 12pm.

Just not as well known at the firm, so other fee earners often opt for other companies.
Only used translation services but this in itself resolves many issues we face in practice at an international firm where fee earners do not speak the language or require formal certification of a translation.
The Support Team and account managers are great to work with! They are responsive and knowledgeable. I feel as if they are my extended team members. In addition, we started using Project Director a couple of years ago, which has significantly improved my company's translation services process.
Project Director isn't the most user-friendly for our one-off customers. We have tried user guides and hands-on instructions but notice it is still difficult for them to navigate a platform that they don't use frequently. This creates more manual work for my team.
GlobalLink has helped my team become more organized, reduce costs for our customers, and made the overall process less manual.
