Glisser is considered one of the best ways to hold events online, I would even say that it is currently the best software for organizing events and being able to hold meetings such as video conferences or online audiences. During my experience with this platform, several positive aspects emerged that caught my attention. These positive aspects were:
- Glisser has an excellent recording of hearings and events. This software automatically records all the meetings or events that take place, it records everything that is done within the meeting, such as the chat and the participation of the audience. Glisser records all the sessions you do and stores them in the Glisser cloud, so it's easy to access old recordings.
- The chat of each of the videoconferences, meetings or sessions is in real-time. So it is very simple to be able to keep track of the messages sent, you can read each message at the time it has been sent, there is no delay in receiving messages. Chat works great.
- Glisser has excellent tools to analyze the data and the results of each session. The tools make comparisons of the current session, with previous sessions to calculate the participation it has had, in addition, it is also capable of calculating potential clients, it does everything with comparisons. During our experience, a few negative aspects emerged which I will mention below:
- We didn't like the way planned events are displayed. Title and list events are displayed, but that's not how I'd like them to look. I would like a planning calendar, where I can see the events inserted in each day and hour. Seeing an agenda would be much more attractive and comfortable for us, and we would be able to see all the days that are already occupied by an event and the days that are free.
- There is no application to be able to plan events without having to open the web version or the version for mobile devices. It would be great to have an App for computers.
- The notification system does not exist for the participants of each event. Glisser allows me to record the profile of each participant of future events, with their emails attached, however, my clients do not receive any type of notification when the start of the online session is approaching. This has forced us to make reminders manually.
In our real estate company, it was very necessary to carry out all kinds of events, planning and sessions to attract more clients, to be able to explain the benefits they would find with us and the services we offered them. For that reason, we decided to start using Glisser. Our company was potentially benefited after the arrival of Glisser. With the state of the country due to the COVID-19, Glisser allowed us to host events online for our clients.
Previously we held many face-to-face events to capture the attention of more potential clients, but everything changed with Glisser, now it is not necessary to move from our workspace, it is only enough to organize a live event with our potential clients on exact date and time. Our clients can ask us all kinds of questions from the chat section, in addition, they can participate in the session, sharing opinions in real-time with the other participants.
We are very grateful for the results obtained in Glisser, despite the negative things that we mentioned previously, we consider that it is a software that is very worthwhile, the design that it has in its software is very comfortable and easy to use. The organization of our events has benefited week after week, and above all, the integration with our CRM system was incredible, it helped us complete more sales in less time.

We are solving the problem of inclusive engagement, we have realised that Glisser is a key tool to allow all of our attendees, remote or physical to participate in the sessions at our events.
Making events on glisser is "dumb-proof." Therefore everyone in our team from software engineers to project managers were able to create events for our clients. The breakout system is working great (In my opinion, way better than it's direct competitor's). Customization options are wide and usable for many different event purposes, like keynotes, general presentations, and workshops. My favorite feature must be the easy creation of polls and quizes, which we can't do with the simple license on Zoom. Furthermore, there is plentiful of resources on youtube made by glisser that helped us to train our staff.
The web-interface has some troubles working on android tablets as reported by our participants, therefore the solution we found was to download chrome on android, however I wish it worked natively, as it can be time consuming to tell everyone to also download chrome.

The most helpful thing about Glisser is that it's super easy to use. Any time that I had a question about functionality, the customer success team was quick to respond and solve. It's the solution that we didn't know we needed -- During routine team meetings, I'm able to send polls to the team, and they are able submit questions or comments on the fly without disturbing the presenter. Our meetings are more fun when people are pulled in by the participation features, and pieces like the word cloud and ranked polls are next level. I also love that you can take notes and download slides! No more screenshotting!
The upside of Glisser is just the number of bases it covers -- we had been using zoom or google meet – but Glisser provides the functionality of much needed presentation and engagement features that keep my team's attention. It's also nice to know that the platform follows the highest security standards designated by the EU.
The UX is great but not perfect, i.e., no drag and drop, but it is still very customizable.
