Making drawings on any system with internet access. Also importing of images to use in drawings and diagrams is great.

It is limited to a "Web Experience" so not quite a stand alone application.

Fast to create drawing on any system so as I don't need to bring a laptop or the like to a client.

I like the fact that the user interface is not cluttered. Everything is easy to find and it's very simple to start creating a diagram. There are many ways to also customise everything to suit your needs (i.e arrow shapes, size, type etc)

I initially disliked how to arrow function was very fiddly but then realised I was not using the correct type. It takes a bit getting used to but eventually got there. The editing property icons are not self explanatory so you have to fiddle around a little bit to find things you want.

A simple way to create diagrams and be able to export it so that it can be linked or applied externally in documentation. It also keeps track of various versions which is important as sometimes we need to access some older versions to restore it or for historical purposes.

The GUI isn't the slickest, but it's functionable.

Until I see it, I'm challenged to track the complex moving parts to test for coherence and interrelatedness. The problem is compounded the moment two or more people face the same issue.

It has all the tools I need to create good flow charts. Diagrams, elements, character control are all easy to find and use.

Nothing comes to mind. Everything works well.

Any time we need org charts or flow charts or mind maps, this tool fits the bill.

We find gliffy is a fast tool for creating schematics that we use within customer presentations and proposals. The resulting images are distinctive and differ from the ordinary Visio diagrams that we see day in day out.

We would like to see an even greater library of images and also like to be able to use more depth in our diagrams

Creating unique imagery

I love the fact that the interface is so user friendly. You don't need to be an expert to create great looking Diagrams. The ability to share the diagrams via private links is great.

I would like there to be more tutorials on what Glify is capable of doing. Sometimes I'm just not sure of its full capabilities.

Using Gliffy is easy and user-friendly. I like that it has all the UML elements I require.

It would be good if they included an option for students and set a lower rate for these accounts because I have recommended it to do homework and they don't subscribe because they prefer to use other free pages.

Intuitive, easy to use, and easy to export. It is so easy, that I use it "live" in the middle of my Leadership workshops to create new algorithms and process maps "on-the-fly" for the participants in my Leadership Labs.

I can't think of any. It is the easiest process mapping tool I have ever used.

Participants in my Leadership Labs need to create new work processes and then teach their colleagues and teammates how to use those new processes. I show them how to use Gliffy to create a flow chart or algorithm for their newly created process. Gliffy is the easiest way for them to memorialize - on paper - the process they have created through A3 problem-solving.
